"Everything about my life is BLESSED and oh, so evident." If that ain't anything to celebrate, then what is?! This song isn't a song of the world about partying and getting drunk! It's a song about celebrating all the blessings that God has given us in life! If anything, it can show non-believers that Christian music can be AWESOME too!

I believe that this song DOES portray Christian values and simply says that, as a young Christian, you can still have good clean fun. Notice the absence of raunchy clothing and dance moves, alcohol and groping and grabbing that is symbolic of most dance songs with similar music video's. This video portrays a group of young adults having a good time at a pool party without being dependent on any of the above-mentioned. In my humble opinion, worthy of a 10 star rating. Good job Group 1 Crew!
The sad thing is though, you don't see very many clean parties like this when people are at this age. It's too bad it's not too realistic.

Just messing around. I don't have kids and I don't even believe in christianity anymore. Even though I am no longer conditioned to believe in christianity I most certainly act more christian than other people that call themselves christians. Most people that call themselves christians do not even know what it means to be a christian anymore.
I don't believe in the stories of the Bible but I believe in the moralities that it preaches... I suggest you read your religion's book for moral guidance... and after you've read the bible a few times think and ask yourself... "Is this song about Christianity?"
none. coz both don't glorify God. i listen to this song with lyrics on the screen. and i came here to watch the vid. i don't see any where in the song is God mentioned or anywhere in the song that says we can all live it up through Christ. and what is this whole thing about being top models in Tokyo? nah, one direction songs and this song might as well be the same song . seems like this song is promoting partying.

All you who are worried that this song isn't "so called Christian" just cause it doesn't directly mention Jesus name. Just cause Jesus name isn't mentioned in here doesn't make it a bad song to listen to. The bible says to fix our minds on what is pure, true, noble, right, lovely. Just cause Jesus name isn't mentioned doesn't make it a sin. Then Beethoven would be horrible to listen to. Oh and all those tv shows you watch that don't ever mention God, those must be horrible too. Its not a sin to sing a song about having fun unless the fun your having is sinful. group 1 crew has a great heart and they are trying to glorify God with everything. Just cause they're well known doesn't mean us Christians have to be all 'self righteous' and condemn them.

Nobody is being self righteous and condemning them you have to admit...if ur genre is Gospel...it means witnessing for Christ not just singing a sing of positivity. its not wrong n its a decent song but its not Gospel. there is a big diff from their earlier songs such as "He said, "Tonight etc" which witness. they lost their witness in this track. This is one of the best bands in contemporary Christian Music so they should try to not deviate from the message.
It has to be sais because we are our brothers keepers and we should point out errors that may make others stumble and fall or keep them from falling.

There's nothing like a christian song. Just because they are born again, does not mean they can't sing and not mention God. It's all about the stereotypes and mindsets people have in their minds. it shouldn't confuse you at all since they came to my church and I loved them.

@snmap1 i completely agree. Our kids need the hear Gospel of Christ. Life isn't about "living it up" its about living for Christ, and dying daily to live in him. If it was my first time hearing this song, i wouldn't think this was christian group. The word of God calls us to be separate from the world. Its sad to see this group try to look like the world and try to represent Christ at the same time.

non-christians will pick this up and maybe search it out and find Jesus. Also, if they like this song they will look up other G1C songs and find "He Said", "Forgive Me", and "Walking on the Stars" and such, and then be led closer to Jesus.

Back in 98 with my youth ministry, one of our youth pastors was a Christian DJ...played good clean house music from fellow christian artists and we would all dance to it sometimes,whether it was breaking or just dancing...nothing dirty just a good clean fun time that was our Fellowship on the weekends calling eachother up to hang out for a movie and after hours food and music! There's nothing wrong with this as long it's clean!! Miss them days

No bad lyrics, not dishonoring God. Christian music can be fun. It is about having joy in the Weekend :) Not every song a Christian writes has to be about Jesus dying on the cross and offering salvation. We just write things that are not disrespectful.

unless you're chris tomlin, most christian rock does not specifically say the word jesus..... christian music is just a genre of music with a good message that is appropriate for all age groups. I would say this definitely fits that
