I agree but it starts at home and the surrounding environment, you just heard the man say at 12-13 the big homies in the hood would pay him 50$ a day to tell them when the boys was coming, having positive role models and positive father figures is Very Crucial especially in those teen years. All he did was learn what he was taught in his surroundings. At 12-13 you can’t get a job, you can’t move to a better area on your own so you’re stuck in that situation until you’re able to get out and by then the course is pretty much set for you already due to all those years you grew up Around that. I’m not saying people can’t decide to make a better way for themselves, but if a person is around basketball all day since a kid and that’s all they see and do, they’re most likely going to play basketball or try to make a career out of basketball. So if a kid grows up around violent people and that’s all he sees from a kid to an adult, they’re most likely going to be violent and make violent decisions. It all starts at home and your environment that’s the main point.
