If I may suggest a possible alternative to the scoring doubt rules. If you keep getting burned by betting BIG favorites on the RL, then why not instead, bet the UNDERDOG +1.5 runs in this situation?
Not convinced that would be a winning strategy either. I need data over 200-300 games before making a conclusion.
@ProfessorMJ the CWS are an exception I wouldn't bet on because they clearly SUCK, but may be good idea whenever the urge comes to bet big favorite on the RL. I know a win is a win, but how upsetting it must be to bet a favorite at -200 odds and see the underdog pull out a win.
