  • Plaza Salcedo is named after Juan de Salcedo, the Spanish conquistador who founded Vigan in 1572. It is both the city’s central attraction and its town center. The plaza holds historical significance as the execution site of Gabriela Silang, the first woman leader of the Philippine Revolution, in 1763.
The Dancing Fountain Show starts at 7:30 PM every night, with an additional show at 8:30 PM on weekends so be sure to catch it if you're in Vigan!
    How to get here:
From Calle Crisologo, walk straight and turn to Burgos Street near McDonald’s. From here, you will see the Vigan Cathedral and Plaza Salcedo.
