First time watching wallace, really good actor and his chemistry with seven tan is great this scene particularly is funny AF😂. Always been a fan of seven tan, i really love her in "go ahead"

They have this pleasing chemistry. Their connection sparks unexpectedly onscreen. Seven is also one of the chinese actress who can't be paired with just anyone unlike Yang Zi and Dilraba that whoever they'd paired with the chemistry already formed.

My absolute favorite Chinese costume drama ever out of what must be over 30-35 so far is the General and I, 2017 with Wallace as the main lead and nicknamed 'The God of War' in it. Don't be fooled by the title of that series as it has a great love story in it too.
I can't help but laugh at him being drunk here. In this series he is a lot slower in action but it is a decent series. He is in his mid 40s now so the roles he plays are not as active either. You'd have to watch the General and I to know what I mean.............but he is still handsome and fun to watch.
And Seven Tan is cute and funny. Also watch her in the costume drama 'Under The Power', 2019 with Allen Ren. She is so great in that, a very entertaining, romantic and adventurous series.

看過原著 這改編⋯只能說服自己這是一部碰巧也叫徐令宜和羅十一娘的另一個故事
很難把這長篇小説人物故事都插進劇集裡，既要縮短，就湊合而令其不鬆散了，已經是不錯了。鍾漢良和譚松韻都演繹得都得體，希望他們能有二搭。

@@valeriec5301 Because some directors found some of actor's original voice doesn't fit with character, that's why they had to find voice actor to do dubbing. Shiyi Niang is original voice, Houye voice in this drama is dubbed.

One word tells what country it is from, the other word what part of the world it comes from. Stop thinking everything might be racist just because those words are used anymore then if I used 'Brazilian/South America' words as an description of TV shows from there.
