      @@kungfufemafam9216 Lupe purposely kept it simple to counter Royce. He didn’t need to get lyrical/technical cause that wasn’t what Lupe was going for. He wanted to be as clear as possible and be direct. We all know Lupe’s lyric game is out of this world so he doesn’t need to prove that on a diss.
      We already know both rappers are dope so doing one song doesn’t prove anything. If you want to compare lyrics then compare their albums not their disses where they were both going light. Royce’s track wasn’t even better than the majority of his songs. Lupe being a better lyricist doesn’t take anything away from Royce cause he’s still dope in his own right, but honestly this shit was months ago and Royce seems like he’s grown and moved on from this. Maybe we should too

    Love listening to Royce.
    But I think he's mostly correct about Vlad but there's one error (to my knowledge) which is that Vlad pays them for interviews. I don't think he is, strictly speaking, the only one making money. That being said, I agree with the rest. Very very exploitative.

      @@Strommunism It's called publicity. That's why artists do interviews, to promote a new project, or just to promote themselves. Royce has been on Vlad, he'd know if he got paid.

      vlad does pay the people he interviews , some not all. if vlad feels like its somebody that will run up the numbers he is going to pay them a cut .vlad said that himself. its also why all vlad interviews are cut into 20 different parts short clips more views more money he found a loop hole for now. lol

    I don’t understand why lyrical rappers be trying to apologize to street rappers when they don’t listen to y’all type of music vezzo& Sada ext…couldn’t recite a 5’9 ,Elzhi ,Eminem ,verse to save they life ! Listen to the interviewer he’s basically saying the same thing I’m not from that world! How come they apologize to the lyrical rappers like hey you really are dope

  • @hechpee
    @hechpee Před 2 lety +4

    I just saw vezzo's reaction to this interview, as with life when you are emotional, you miss the logic,
    vezzo like most young detroit rappers who hate on EM completely missed what royce was trying to say, royce was straight forward didnt mince words but the detroit rapper was TOO in his feelings to get it SO...........
    the best thing to do is to leave them alone in their feelings & bad talk about Em, dont try to bridge anything........................when one of them eventually becomes mature to understand that they have no basis for how they feel, then they'll stop hating and start thinking of uniting detroit.
    The only basis they have for hating on Em is that (1) Em is white and hip hop is black music, so y shd a white person be dominant, tell the truth that is their REAL issue.
    Every effort Em put in:
    -was hard work,
    -he didnt steal anything for anybody
    -signed up more black rappers than white rappers
    -given over $180million to detroit city over the years, if he didnt sign up detroit rappers like u kids want, his money has gone to make sure detroit resisdents lives are better
    -he put detrioit on the map, if for no other reason this here is the main and only reason you should respect the man
