I have joined in IT company before 11 months. I completed successfully a project of 8 months.then I got second project from last month.In this I have lots of work load and burden.So I told to manager to decrease my work load.But, he throw me PIP(1month) task and That task is not relevant to my previous work.Now What can I Do sir..Give me some suggestion.

Before switching Ask question yourself why want to switch? for career growth or package or future scope then decide. If you have passion to become a DevOps consultant then no one can stop you, but web developer also has good future scope.

Sir, if I leave Amazon after 1 year will other companies ask about the carrier gap or not?. Not at all satisfied with Amazon. I want to learn Automation and want to switch.. Please guide me sir. I am from Andhra Pradesh. Srikakulam. 2017 passed out.. But due to some reasons.. Hadn't turned up. Joined in Amazon on 27th Dec 2021.Role is not good and the salary is also the same.. Main no work satisfaction. What to do?.
