General information, it's about Dynamite Prawns.
The one shown in this video is not what it is. Khane ki zaroorat hi nahi. Shakal se hi galat lag raha hai. Just may be those restaurant people are aware of this item and introduced it here.
It is a starter popularized as the most loved starter in the world by a chain of restaurants called "PF Chang". If you google dynamite prawns, the first few search results are about PF Chang.
First time when I took a bite out of the prawn, my brain went for a spin. Such feeling happened only once before, when I took a bite of Al Baik.
Facts about dynamite prawns :
1) It is not too spicy as the name indicate. It is subtle. The first taste you feel is sweet, then tangy and then spicy (very very mild) This taste is the secret of the success of this starter.
2) It is served in Martini glass or Margarita glass - Correctly done by the restaurant.
3) In the glass they have cabbage chops (salad). Original by PF Chang is lettuce leaf folded into conical shape, nothing else.
4) It is one of a few select items which you can not have at some bandi wala. If you really want the perfect taste, you must eat at the original restaurant. Just like Al Baik.
5) Good news : PF Chang opened their first restaurant in India in Mumbai this year. Inshallah in next two years, I am sure they will be in Hyderabad.
I will not have dynamite prawns anywhere else. I will either wait for them to come to Hyderabad or when I travel abroad.

@@baigkhaleel1373 There is a Govt Body called FSSAI to make sure hygiene standards are maintained. A CZcamsr doesn’t have authority over someone’s private business, there is NO ADMISSION SIGN on kitchen door. I am sure you can read that in any restaurant.
