This place will feel in your memory like an unforgettable experience. The "Castle" and adjacent "Bastion" are some of Krakow's historic structures. You can use public transportation to get here. The history of the place is fascinating . What is now known as the "Bastion" was built by the Polish Art Historian Adolf Szyszko-Bohusz as his own residence in the 1920s. Occupying Nazis called the complex "Schloss Wartenberg" and it housed the headquaters for Governor-General Hans Frank. Currently the castle is part of the Institute of European Studies of the Jagiellonian University and is known for its great restaurant . The view from the castle and restaurant balconies is FANTASTIC. This romantic place is a worthy destination even in the city so rich in attractions like Krakow.

You have to visit the Abbey in Tyniec. It's located 10 km from the city center. This is a good place for a spring or summer family picnic. You should visit the Ojców National Park, it is located about 30 km from Krakow. You need to look for information about it.

Zyiad is a Sirian man who owns several restaurants in Krakow and one wedding house. Castle was built beetwen 1941-1943 for german nazi SS officer Otto von Wachter. During the war it was supposed to be a sanatorium for SS men, but it was turned into a hospital. After the war, the castle was taken over by the Polish state.
