The Belleville flea market is one of my favorites, you can find so much amazing stuff there. Also yeah, we have a solid toy scene and you pretty much did my weekend loop minus 1 store, Time Warp Toys and More.
Dan, next time you're in the area you should check out Time Warp Toys, not too far from SAGA. And it's also right next to the South County Antique Mall which has some good stuff.

Saga guy (don’t know his name, but know he’s got hearing issues) all but admitted to me he’s a scalper, and regularly cleaning out SoCo TRU, back when he was down in plaza by Hooters. I didn’t stop by there for a long time until after he moved. And I only found about the move as I had business at a neighboring office and saw the store had apparently closed.
I went to Retro Tv Toys looking for something they didn’t have, came back 6 months later and the guy remembered what I was looking for and sold it to me real cheap!

Hey, Dan! I lived west of St' Louis in St. Charles, MO for 30 years! I used to hit Slackers around town and V-Stock st Mid Rivers Mall gave me some good trade deals! Saga Toys I started to git right before I moved to Minneapolis.

I’m surprised they didn’t stop at SoCo V-Stock, seeing as it’s right across s.Lindbergh from Saga. Also, Time Warp Toys a short distance away on Tesson/21. (Just south of Butler Hill, if you’re on I-55.)

Fair warning, The Belleville Flea market indoor vendors don't turnover that often. Same vendors dragging in the same stuff at the same prices for years. I go every few months and usually come away empty-handed. On the Illinois side, there's also the much smaller Lebanon flea market and Route 66 Flea market in Granite City if you're doing some serious digging.

There's also a smaller flea market held at Turkey Hill Grange, right where Eckert's Farm is, hosted mostly the last/4th weekend of the month. Their last flea market of the year will be in September, as they host holiday event around those time for the last three months. It's just starting, so you might not find anything special, but I hope you can check it out some time. I do have some bad news about I Had That. :( My friend and I were walking down there, and found the place closed. The ceiling had collapsed in the store, so they won't be open for a while. There are comic shops I go to at time. Fantasy. Its O'Fallon location is having a bazaar, and they are asking people to bring in things to sell there for the weekend. I don't if you can make to that, but the other locations have them as well. You have to check with them about dates and times.
You should check out canton texas fleamarket it may take 4 days to look through all the dealers there the ear l y spring or fall is good time to go other wise you will be awaiting like a pig in the summer in texas traders village would be cool as well.i enjoy the ultrazords in power rangers and super sentai .
The one figure that caught my eye was Grifter from Wildcats. That is the only figure I am missing from that line and I would have definitely picked him up if the price had been right.
I need that 2003 hulk movie figure! I collect MCU Marvel Legends and I'm trying to collect the Marvel movie figures that I couldn't get as a kid that came before the MCU 😮

Can you please add the addresses of some of these places? I’ve heard of Retro TV, but no clue where it is. I stop in at Saga maybe once a month or so, but there is a V-Stock in SoCo Mall almost literally across Lindbergh from the old Kmart plaza. Another store in a different wing in SoCo Mall has some older toys, too. There is also Time Warp Toys on Tesson Ferry/21, just south of Butler Hill Rd. Look for the Antique Mall on left. You can take Lindbergh up to TF/21 or I-55 south to Butler Hill from Saga to get there. Maybe 10 minutes away, depending on traffic. Or 61/67 south from Saga, turn right onto BH at Walgreens. Oh, and did Saga replace his custom Drednoks with the Razorcrest? I didn’t see the RC last month? He was working on them a couple months back when I was in, then had them literally inside the door last month. There is also an aisle fo Marvel Legends across from the ToyBiz Marvel. Bagged on left, carded on right. Found a couple customs mixed in there, recently. Same for DC in next aisle over.
Oh, and Danhauser recently stopped into Saga. I never did bother to look for his video visit? 🤷♂️ I don’t know how you set this visit up, but she said they called ahead to okay filming, then some guy in “weird clown makeup” showed up. They didn’t recognize him at first, but she thought it was funny how he kept switching between being himself and his character between filming takes. 😂 I happened to walk in right as the guy who suggested the store to Dan was telling her he was the one who told Dan about it.

If I were a billionare, I would spend it all hiring designers and cast manufacturers to make slight variants of all these toys we know, just to mess with people by opening a tiny toy shop, filled with a whole bunch of toys they remember, but they are all just a little off! 😂
