Thank you for this, I just bought the Oileus one for $50.99 on an Amazon lightning deal and added the 2 yr warranty for $5, so I figure I got a good deal. I also saved the Easthill one for a future purchase since the extra room will be nice as the kids grow.

We set up our Commouds sun shade and the Oileus for my grandson, his chair along with the cooler and beach bags in the back to stay out of the sun and he has plenty of room. I absolutely love it! Is easthills the biggest out of all of them? Is the dark room version worth it
Easthills Outdoors makes the biggest half-dome beach tents. The Dark Shader does a great job blocking the sun but isn't the best choice for a windy day. I have a couple and will be reviewing them in a video soon.

It's a year after you posted this & I had some questions.
1- could you use this Oileus as a regular camping tent, if so how much can you put in it? I have a folding single cot with a mattress & would have a duffel bag worth of clothes that I'd need to take on.a 7 day excursion?
2- how big is the actual door? I'm 6 feet, 3 inches tall & am too old to really want to crawl in on hand & knee.
I know Oileus has a supposed up to 6 people pop up but it's hard determining the actual vestibule or entranceway size??
If all goes wrong, I do have one of those "hub style" Ice fishing shanty's I can use, just have to get 2 tarps, 1 to act as some kind of flooring & the other for any heavy rain, only.problem is that weighs a lot & I have to "walk it in" to the camping area I'd set up at.
I'm not sure if the doors on the shanty would open wide enough to let me get my gear in easy & I guess I need to actually do a test set up before the real thing.
@@eventsotherthingswithchris9019 Hi Chris! I wouldn't recommend using the Oileus as a regular camping tent. Especially if you're 6"3". I'm 6'5", which should give you some scale when watching the video.

I have! It looks like the Oileus XXL is more like a typical XL beach tent.
