I just picked up a Amylior alltrack M3hd off eBay for $2k & it’s a $45k electric Powerchair with tilt lift & elevation for bariatric & it was in my local town, I could believe my luck. So I left the rehab hospital I was in a day leave & went inspected it 1st & brought it following week paying cash. Story was she got it on NDIS 2yrs prior & husband pasted away 12 months later & she just wanted it gone & was happy to get few bucks for it. Single mum few kids. So I was happy to pay her, in fact I couldn’t get my wallet out fast enuff 😂
Yes I could have waited 6-12 months for my own 1 from NDIS, but now in interim I already have a bitchin chair. & was serviced by regency who originally sold the chair, come out of service looking brand new, they said you robbed her 2k for a 45k chair, 🤷🏻♂️ winner winner 🍗 dinner I guess. 🙌
That chair looks a lot like my Quantum Q6. Where it will rotate in its own footprint. I have gone out with mine on the Skytrain here in Vancouver but have not otherwise. on city buses
Still it is nice to see how well it works on a city bus. I bought mine used off Craigslist for $1300 CAD.
Nice trip for that bloke

I bought essentially the same chair here in Canada second hand for $1300CAD including delivery. It would have been $6,000CAD new. I found there are always used ones available for sale on the internet. I has a bad wheel bearing after a while and it cost me $80CAD to buy all of them and replaced them myself. Good luck finding a bargain.
omg its one of those car seat chairs with the head rest so low its below the neck
The reason I selected the dis like button is because I could see that the person was riding back wards and they were not STRAPPED IN. The Driver should of STRAPPED the PERSON IN. I know that there are many different public transport Companies that are trying to save Time by having less to No Straps. Safety Comes Before Profits.
Good spotting! Thanks for the heads up!

Have used many buses in the UK and not seen one that has either the chair facing forwards or the wheelchair user strapped in. In fact the biggest problem with wheelchair spaces in the UK is getting people with pushchairs out of the space when a wheelchair user gets on
have, not what you wrote.
