I was listening to a transistor radio with bad reception in the kitchen one night when I was about 10 years old. Ike and Tina's Proud Mary came on. It was like being hit by a thunder bolt. It was a transforming moment. I had never experienced such intensity and excitement from any music like I was that night. I have seen Tina in concert 4 times and have been capitulated into a different zone every time. It is one non stop thrill of a ride. The dancers are electrifying. Tina is sheer excitement.
she is like a playful young school girl in this performance. The energy level is wickedly high. I think this Amsterdam concert goes down as one of her top 5 single concerts ever. She's on fire

We saw her in Denver, CO perform for 2 solid hours and Joe Cocker opened the show before her and he sang for 2 hours. Outstanding show. She is "THE BEST".
