Well they are kind to anyone except the Indian outside northeast india because there are too many cases where Mizo people who went outside Mizoram get rape as Mizoram is a place where crime rate such as rape is almost nonexistent so they disgust Indian outside the northeast India as they alrealy have bad impression on them the bad impression keep continuing as they are too cruel , lustful and dangerous while Mizoram is a place where almost everyone is Christian so murder case is also extremely low you can continue to imagine what happen next as the difference is too big
U should have visit rangvamaul (rv colony) veng there (for drugs sex n alcohol😅). I lived there in Aizawl 4yrs back n clean beautiful city , women are good looking and nice people. Life wouldn't be complete without visiting Mizoram again. From rustic dirty smelly n noisy city of Dimapur.
