- A dozen farms in one episode. Welcome to Minecraft with Cub from the Hermitcraft Season 10 server. In this episode Cub continues to be crazed with dreams of fireworks making a 2nd Fireworks Factory to compliment the first one. Then, he makes a dozen farms for all the dyes that the factory will consume. Finally, he visits @GoodTimesWithScar and @Keralis to build hype amongst the hermits for the upcoming Explosive Fireworks shop!

I love how Cub really, really leans into his themes. Give him fireworks, and he'll make all the firework factories, plus nighttime lakeside shows...
you should sell them fireworks in bundles. They are perfect for that.
And give them goofy names, like Pyrocumulous Cloud Buster, Money Bags, The Ultimate Man Card, Evil, Wicked Mean & Nasty, and Size Matters. These are real firework package names that are sold in the US.

DocM's SockM's, Grians Excretions or perhaps (grains waffle), Pyralis Keralis, Scar'd for Night, or Little Salmon, @JoeThrills, BiggishBeans, The Big Skizzle, Beesuma for the personal touch's as examples.

Maybe this is silly but I thought it'd be cute to do a custom bundle like Pearl did with the post office and instead due a custom graphic for a bundle that looks like a colorful box of random explosive fireworks. Idk. I think it could match your excitement and glee. I think it's super cool

Custom fireworks for each hermit would be a cool selling gimmick. Collect your friends to show them off or a hermit can mark thier area with them. Impulse would be yellow with a purple trail. Skizz blue and black. Stuff like that.

You should team up with Etho and make a firework show synchronised to music.
Händel wrote a suite called "Firerwork Music", for instance, but anything would be really cool. Firework shows are just so much cooler when they are more choreographed.
Keralis’s place is the perfect place for nightly fireworks. Would be fun to plan a Hermit Lakeside Party to see a longer shoe one night.

If hermits want firework with diamond in the recipe why not let them supply their own diamonds, if not then charge them 100 diamonds for the 1 stack of said rockets instead of wasting your diamonds.
To increase interest in your firework shop you should put together a minigame that requires explosive fireworks. Maybe something like when hermits were having firework wars with their crossbows in a village way back in season 6. It was shortly after the Village and Pillage update.

Lol I can see Keralis setting up "Midnight Lights Gambling" for a small price of entry you can come to Keralis' house and gamble on the color, shape and details of what the fireworks will be!

cub is really making a all in one fire work farm. very fascinating!
I'm not sure if it would be simple, but it would be cool if you set up Keralis's fireworks to pre-craft during the day. That way you could put 6-12 fireworks in a dispenser and then just have them fire off at night for the show. That way the fireworks shoot out with a little variety instead of 3 of the same kind in a row.
The sea pickle fountain returns!! One of my favorites honestly, even built it in my own world!
I think your firework launcher installation should have a random assortment. Fireworks that you have already crafted up and should launch 10-20 fireworks. This way you can not only do the installations but also sell more of your crafted fireworks.
Keralis’s was just a proof of concept I’m sure but I’m already imagining impulses and bdubs cyber city having a grand show.

what would be nice is a randomizer with a buffer at the end of the line on your firework show machine with a set amount of fireworks per night dispensed so you don't get 3 of the same fireworks in a row every time
The lack of night on the Hermit server is why fireworks don't sell. You did a magnificent job on them, but it won't be as appreciated as it should be.

CUB!! you need to sell a fireworks subscription, you can deliver them in the mail! a firework of the week/month? could load shulkers with the big factory and pop one in the mail, and send it on its way. imagine hermits unboxing unique fireworks in the mail. then your "deluxe firework display" could use a shulker for input so they can load it easily.
The fireworks launcher should be next to Scar's train's smokestack.

Cant explain why but this season feels like the most entertaining season i have seen i started halfway through season 6 mostly watching grian mumbo and iskall. For every season since i try watching as many hermits but by like ep 3 i drop most watch a handful but this season I've watched most videos that come out from almost every hermit.
The song was unexpected but so delightful. Great job. I know how hard it is to make music. The beach fireworks with Keralis and Hypno was so fun and cozy. Loved it!
Also, you can make one firework launcher in the shopping district to mark time. Depending on the time you shoot a different number of fireworks or different types of fireworks.
Idea, could you use a fox with a looting sword to get more feathers from the chickens

Cubby! Work out a way to fill shulkers with a random assortment. Then for any base that wants a nightly display you just have to load them into an unloaded to stick them up. It would prevent the 3 in a row of the same firework thing and allow for more random timing. I can’t imagine anyone would say no $!

Firework randomizer is actually a very interesting application of the new crafter block
that dye farm is so cool. reminds me of hermitopia from last season- a big build that houses a bunch of highly efficent compact farms all in one area. its awesome!!!!!!
Hey Cub, one of the options you should sell is the *Deluxe* that includes the installation of a launcher and if you can sell one to everyone in the certain area over by Cherry Mountain Hill and when their dispensers run out maybe the other Hermits will shame them to go buy more. And see if you can calm some beach front area to do the same watching setup Keralis has. Maybe make custom recordings before they fire off stating who is sponsoring the fireworks?
Or hell set it up for them to enjoy, I know it really isn't about the diamonds.

It'd be cool if the Premium Launcher setup had a manual trigger, but was also triggered at nighttime (on a delay, and daylight cancelled, to get the best time of night to see them). It could also be shulker-fed with whatever fireworks the client wanted. Premium membership could come with periodic shulkers full of random "premium" rockets to load into the launcher.

it would be really fun if you made a firework wending machine, where people can get random sets of fireworks in a box after inputting some diamonds or even like a Gacha-system with color-coded rarities. I think that would fuel the gambling spirit of a lot of the hermits

Would be cool if the fireworks set up released 6 different types in groups of 1, 2, or 3 just like in real firework shows. So the daylight sensor would trigger two crafting cycles and add those to the pot of randomized fireworks, then set off three volleys.

I don't know how reasonable this is, but if you can custom order fireworks from the shop interface then have the fireworks be automatically crafted and mailed to the hermit's mailbox, that would be super cool.

I’m saying this again. Make a service/purchase option for hermits to buy a custom made signature firework! It would be a firework only they can have access to. 1 diamond block per week subscription service and they have access to unlimited signature fireworks.

imo, the fireworks test chamber should be bigger, so the particles don't bumps into walls right after being fired. Bigger size also could be useful to test different shapes, which you couldn't see properly with current size

You have an Ingredients Shulker in the shop, where the customer selects tokens for the the various stuff for their fireworks (e.g. Blue dye, big ball, 2x flight, fade to cyan).
These are all tokens from the shop shelves, dumped into a shulker and mailed to the factory.
The factory then decodes and produces the order.
And then auto-mails it back(?) I can imagine that there can be Factory Delivery stamps in the future...
Long read incoming but I have an idea for a mini game using the random crafting aspect of fireworks. It’d basically be firework gambling. Players would put diamonds into a pot to receive an equal number of tickets that they would rename with their name, they can place the tickets in the labelled barrels to place a bet. The barrels would be labelled with the different colours and firework patterns, there would be a countdown and when the indicator finishes, the firework launchers will launch 1 firework in front of the players send 1 to a barrel for the players to declare a winner of the round and collect the tickets. 1 would be sent to a vault in the shop to save it for later if anyone wants to bulk buy that specific firework. At the end, the everyone trades the tickets they collected into the pot to receive equal diamonds. I feel like this could be a fun game for opening day and you could also get some bull orders for people who want the especially pretty rockets. Tldr, rocket gambling, place bets in labelled barrels, craft random rockets, split the crafted rockets, launch one for players to see their bets, send one to barrel to confirm bets, send one to shop to save for potential buyers.
cub, you could take the seeds from your cornflower farm, compost it then autocraft into white dye, and combine it with auto crafted blue dye from cornflowers, automatically making light blue dye.

The pots still allow the hoppers to pick things up from the side. I don't think they are good at stopping lag.
