Her smile before her dismount is so great
Such a beautiful beam worker. A shame she couldn't repeat it in the finals. She's more than world champion worthy.
Wow i was watching this live, and they made her wait a looooooooooooong time to get the green light. which makes this all the more impressive. i also love that she starts to smile when she sees herself of the big screen!!

Triple IN COMBINATION, that’s what always impressed me! Most struggle to properly execute it from a simple round off but she never seemed to have any problem with it. A truly iconic gymnast.

I tend to think that "uneven beam" in your description is intentional
I do believe Larissa's routine was great and rightfully deserved but I also believe Kyla's routine was underscored some. I'm not saying she deserved a super high score but more than she received.

Such a great routine she had but she was nervous and fell in the All Around Final :(.If she had gotten the same points for beam as in Qualifying she would have gotten the bronze medal. In the end competiton is also about keeping your fears and emotions in check and delivering

At the 2014 WOGA Classic, Ohashi gave an interview in which she stated that she will decide the level of gymnastics she can compete based on what her body can handle and said she did not know whether that would be elite or level 10 gymnastics. found on wiki

At euros she threw a full twist ton the end of her second acrobatic series. She got a 15.5 there. People can learn from the pace of her routine it makes it seem more exciting.

This is the event I wish Ohashi was competing. I wouldnt go talking "thrones' when our best beamers are out with injuries (for which they will recover) With that being said GORGEOUS ROUTINE LARISSA!!

Kyla was underscored in her E score. On the other hand I love Jordache. She's my pick to win beam

Larissa has a 6,9 routine for event finals.. even if she falls .. she would get a medal with that start value! I love her.. but this routine seems easy.. for her..

Ah yes the uneven beam, just like the balance beam but it's also uneven. Larisa's best apparatus. :P
Beautiful routine! I'm of the us but can see why iordache's is higher. Great difficulty and execution while Kyla's is very clean and safe. To the comments on US gymnasts being over scored, I can't see any reason why they would be. The American gymnasts have been powerhouses on vault the past few years. Sacramone, Maroney, Biles, etc
My soul hurts knowing that she's not the beam champion. At least Queen Mustafina got it :D Not an ungracefull american. THAT DISMOUNT THOUGH!

Chanel Oberlin yeah no wonder ungraceful american dominate the sport, newsflash ..gymnastics is not just about dance, and your definition of grace is my definition of clean form and and not fucking up a skill, power or dance ..if a “graceful gymnast”cant do skills cleanly its not gonna matter is it ?
So many potential beam titles, it’s just a shame as she could easily have been Olympic champion.
I really hope she becomes world champion today. Really afraid of yet another silly fall though.
kyla was not underscored.. she had an ''easy'' routine 5.9 i believe.. Iodarche had a 6.4.. that were the difference is..
absolutely agree...i cant understand why usa gymnasts can get E score of 9.5 - 9.6 on vault..the judges get bribed to bias for usa gymnasts?
Ohashi is crazy! in the balance beam I know! she got surgery and she's now okay on training, but right now forget that part.

It's not that though. Kyla's routine was underscored in terms of execution. She did not deserve to be above Larisa, but she at least deserved to be closer
You dont need Wikipedia and its not up to date. What IS up to date is her daily tweets on Twitter. Shes back. As is Maloney. Ross. Biles. Dowell. Raisman. WIEBER. And so many jr's...now sr's who scored higher than our sr's at nationals. Usa has such an amazing pick of AA gymnasts that it could be anyone's by the time RIO comes around. We will wait and see I guess

How come can Kyla´s routine be underscored? Does this person know anything about gymnastics? I´ve seen Kyla´s routines on beam and FX and they are way OVERscored! Please!

Ohashi is recovered already, she just gave up gymnastics...she isn`t training and is back on going to school instead of homeschooling! And other than Ohashi who else on US could challenge Iordache without a fall?...I`m not hating on US, they have the best vaulters at the moment and have decent floor workers, but on BB? They have plain average and better step up the game!
Ohashi is nver consistent on her beam and she's not as steady as Iordache, she has a high Dscore but nver throws her full D score consistently
