I have installed both intune company portal and outlook as well. but when I try to sign in to the microsoft Intune company portal, it keeps showing me the message Open your Outlook mobile app, and enter the number shown to sign in. but how do I enter this code as my outlook is not setup its not working. after that I select another option to authentication process it asking to enter the code but I am not getting any code. how can authenticate these Intune company portal and outlook. please guide me....

I can not install intune anyway in my realme having android 12. It is only saying "you need to update the settings on this device". But I dont know what to change in the settings. Please guide.
try to clear data of company portal app and then again start the process.

My phone is old Android 7 company portal need android 9 if any chance to get app to my phone?
You have to use outlook from chrome.. You can also join meetings from chrome..by enabling desktop mode.. But it will be a hectic task..
when I add an account in outlook this page is not supported in your device will be showing sir what is the solution for this problem
try to clear data of company portal.. and do it again..Which is your android version?

@@chadvukondiifirstuu3231 yes bro. Till afternoon I have used PIN type password. Then I changed it to Alphanumeric type. Changed both lock screen password and work portal password to ALPHANUMERIC type. It worked 👍 you also try once.
After entering mail it shows invalid user name

I used it in my old phone...now not able to log in with my new device after removing account from old device also

try this.
1. clear the cache and clear the data of company portal app from app manager
2.then update the company portal app from play store ( if update available)
3. restart the device.
This worked in one of my friend's case.

you can remove one device from the Company Portal app.
