KLR 650 Updates for Summer of 2024

It's been a bit since I gave updates on mods on the bike. In this video I go over the 4 things I have done that have really made life better on the KLR 650 for me.

Great Mods! I'm definitely getting the kickstand pad! Like you I'm budget conscious and slowly adding things to my 22' KLR Adventure. I have the Tusk Foot Pegs, Tusk Shift lever, 3D Cycle Adjustable Windscreen Risers, Tusk Handlebar Risers, Attack tank knee pads. I'm in South Florida so there's not much off-road options so I haven't done the skid plate upgrade yet. And no engine upgrades at this time. I did pull the Air Box Snorkel out and like the extra flow it give plus it's got a deeper throaty sound when I get on the throttle. I also did the 16 tooth front sprocket that help smooth out higher rpm's. I'm originally from Grand Rapids MI and have dreams of road tripping up there in the future. Looks good. I'm looking to do a lot of the same mods on my DRZ. But you're absolutely right about getting wider pegs; world of difference.

I just got the '24 in that matte blue, mad I waited 2 years but happy I waited for that color. What a great bike! My only grip is I want to keep my enduro helmet, Im going deaf by the wind w/ a helmet and ear plugs and the risers didnt help much. Dealing with that. Going to try the clutch bypass to lower the idle a bit
