Sebastian Bach whose a Canadian Artist appearance on Trailer Park boys is not his claim to any fame, Bon Jovi recommended Sebastian to become the lead singer of the Rock band "Skid Row" whose first 2 Albums were certified multi-platinum & went #1 on Billboards Top 200 Chart in the late 80's & 90's & were signed to Universal Records. He has also acted on Broadway. Also Falling in Reverse may use laptops for their concerts, but so did Tom when he toured in 2019! FYI Ronnie & Tom are homies & were going to tour together right when the Pandemic hit, but had to cancel their tour because there was a death in the family of one of the band members & then because of the Pandemic.💯
Amazing Song
This song just throws any typical music patterns out of the water. There's no chorus, there's no hook. NOTHING ever repeats itself, and every single verse was a different style. It just makes any modern bands look lazy in comparison. This is a work of art.
This comment needs to be higher.
Not to mention the Jaw dropping visuals
how many reactions did you copy/paste this to lol
@@YungGrandson not enough
Sounds like you're unfamiliar with prog.
You guys actually get the depth of this and Ronnie’s genius…..no one in music…can do this but him….I’m in love with his brain
Yeah, people can say whatever they want about Ronnie but he's a god damn musical genius and i'm all here for it
Its a fucking genius 👌i've cry listening this sound 🙌
The only person I could see doing this is Ez Mil. Ronnie has no advantage over Ez. As Ez Mil can rap, sing, play guitar any genre, sing in any genre, skilled dancer, and not to mention every other instrument Ez can play and one of the most creative and naturally talented artists with the same comparable passion and aggression. Before you think I'm hating on Ronnie, I'm not! I have gone to both of their pages telling both of them that they should collab because "no one" will touch what these two artists come up with for the next 100 years. Surprisingly, my comment about those two collabing was one of the highest liked comments. The majority agrees and have spoken.
@@jeffw1826 yes I have EZ Mill stuff I agree he’s extremely talented…
he did what Igorrrr do in one minute. dont write nonsense.
To everyone who pissed off Ronnie I just wanna say thank you because we got a banging song and video ❤️
Ronnie can perform and put on a show live.. I took my daughter to see him for her birthday in December and she was front rails.. he is an amazing performer live.. and now were going to see Ronnie live with disturbed.. he even gave her a birthday pic and gave her a fist bump happy birthday.. he is a real one! she thought it was the coolest thing at 12 years old she got a fist bump from her favorite artist.
Ronnie is many things, loyal to his fans is high among them
I saw FiR in Minneapolis around November or so. Ronnie has just gotten over COVID and you wouldn't have guessed by his endless lungs and Energizer Bunny stage presence. Every now and then a rare one comes along and it all comes together; Ronnie definitely is that guy.
he apparently cant perform live without laptop.
@@dekapitatorr He can, but it would be a lesser show without all of his editing software and backtracks to accompany his band and singing
@@dekapitatorr you shouldn’t always believe what the internet says …
Bohemian Rhapsody is the first thing that comes to mind. Just the aspect of feeling like you are on a musical journey outside the typical musical format, heading towards a climax. Good stuff.
As he said some weeks ago ''You're gonna lose your minds with this one''.
And it's fucking true, we did lose it. This song is a masterpiece.
“To crawl out of your own hell”. Damn that is a brilliant way to phrase it. Everyone can relate
I used to know Ronnie and stayed with him in Vegas. I knew ronnie when he was knocking back 30 oxies a day and carrying his cloths around in a garbage bag after escape the fate. Super proud of his success and that we are both still alive.
Bro. Reach out to him and let him know you are ok. With the human he is, you know he would respect it. Show him the better you also.
I literally heard multiple inspirations in this song alone: Drake, Eminem, XXX Tentacion, maybe Tech N9ne, fucking DRAGONFORCE I think? Maybe one of the deathcore bands? Like, holy shit, there's a lot in this and it somehow blends together so well. He's been a werewolf, a vampire, a zombie, and now he's fucking Homelander. This man just can't be stopped!
This song starts out sounding like Tom Macdonald. Which is interesting considering his political and industry views. They completely align with how this progression continues. Next it jumps into an Eminem "Godzilla" style rap that builds into an ALMOST Queen Bohemian Rhapsody break, that sounds like a Fall Out Boy type early 2000's emo music, into a System of a Down break, into a Death Metal break ending with a Brightburn (or Homelander) blow up the world. The only thing I didn't like is that abrupt ending. It seemed to just stop with no resolution. Like a soft cadence and watch the world burn completely. It felt unfinished.
Heard some NF in here too
And Queen, he went in this song
@@jamesestelle7260 I think the ending is purposely done and will lead into the next song he drops
I heard a little Winds of Plague in there too
One of my favorite bands of all time. And Ronnie is just a straight up legend, there is no ifs ands or buts about it. Nothing was repeated in the song. He's out here rapping like Tech like y'all said, and I even hear some Eminem or NF in it. He has the Opera stuff going, he has his god like gutteral lows, like dudes insane.
What or WHO the heck is NF? I read this a lot in Connection with this song but i have absolutely No clue about NF.
@@danielgro1039 Popular rapper.
@@danielgro1039 you're on youtube dude... You cant figure it out? Or did your weird "im so cool cause idk this person" mentality have to be shown over your common sense?
@@pamelawilliams3144 why so hostile. Its not that serious.
Dudes the greatest living "rock" band lead...ppl hate on him cuz he's soooo fukin good.this band is my fav out..... RONNIE IS THE GOAT give him his flowers, and he says he gets hate in thw industry n he could end em in 1 post Hahahaha
Went to high school with Ronnie in Vegas, had him in several classes including theater, am better friends with Max Green [ETF]. Never expected him to make it this far honestly. Nice to be proven wrong, and applied the theatrics he learned in Mrs Abbott's 4th period drama 📽🎬
Better friends with a snitch ain't a claim I'd make online lmfao
@@tengenuzui8425 what did max do ? Snitching on who ?
@@aaronbrowne6370 I'm wanting to know the same because I've done the research man and this is not a true statement as far as I can find..... Man... This is what fucking pisses me off. People spreading a false narrative about people and things they know NOTHING about but act as if it's facts. It's should be criminal. Right wrong or indifferent no one deserves to be hated because of lies told about them. If people want to hate... Fine that's your prerogative. But if your going to take a stand and comment on someone's post come with fucking facts. Or sit the fuck down cupcake. Inside 10 minutes of research and realized the people commenting on my my comment of how excited I was to find this great band I somehow hadn't heard of.... Dude within minutes people were ding ding ding... He's a rapist, murder, evil, blah blah .. and it's not true. I mean the information is there..... But who cares. Why did my inconsequential tiny comment incite you to type such vitriol. If I hate someone (which I don't. I don't hate. Period) why you got the damn notifications say so that you can pounce whenever someone comments .... Dude that's fucking mental..... That's demented. What does that say about you man..... Man you should put your energies into things that bring positivity to your life .... This hatred is disgusting and harmful to your chi man.... And. Guess what.... You are only helping the fan base grow.... Lmao like dudes.... You are making him win- 🤯 wow.
Sorry sir... I didn't mean to go off on your comment o just.... Ack! It made me so mad to see this shit again in literally like a day from the other shit.... So I was triggered.....
But damn man.... This Ronnie hate shit is so crazy.
I don't care what anyone does for the rest of the year this is literally the music video of the year
This is my first time watching you guys! Y’all got the perfect energy coming through! Good stuff!!
Hell yeah! Welcome!!!!🙏🏾
My first time too and the energy is just perfect
Ronnie himself brought me here from his tweet of y’all. Amazing reaction ❤
Wow!!!❤
Great reaction once more.
Sebastian being hit by a laptop was hilarious 😂
Greetings from Germany
That drummer destroyed it. He is a really cool dude, and one of the best out there.
This is a absolute masterpiece been listening to him from the very beginning so seeing how far he has come is mind blowing
Hi how are you doing ?
The rock hall of fame gonna have to build a one room floor up top for this man. Ronnie truly is a God in music. Put him and Travis Barker on a track would be dope as hell.
RHOF ain't backing him at all ..people in the industry r fuckin with me" I feel Ur energy !!? Should of had Grammy for best video/song "Popular Monster! Clearly the biggest song of the yr ... Didn't even receive a nomination.. this yr my be rewarded for his grind..💪🔥💯
Put ronnie and Sam Carter in one room recording and it'll be a masterpiece 👌
He has the brilliant Luke Holland. I think Ronnie’s doing alright with him!
Awesome Reaction!! Ronnie’s done it again- this song is Epic 🔥🔥🔥
God I hope Ronnie see’s this reaction!!!
If you havent already, you guys should check out Ronnie's first album Dying is Your Latest Fashion.. that era was elite tbh
The breakdown brought a tear to my eye.
This song is something special❤ glad you came through 🙏🏾
I've literally been describing this to friends as a modern day bohemian rhapsody... It is a work of art! 🔥
I love her smile and reactions. They both understand all the references in this vid. This is easily my fav all time song AND music vid. I listen to it everyday since it dropped.
He has transcended beyond anybody else he is a BEAST
First time hearing this band! The hardest thing I've ever heard! Instant fan!
Dude raps like Tom Macdonald but he can sing and write his ass off. Next level under-appreciated. Not to mention falling in reverse is one of the few bands that has drastically changed their sound from track to track and stayed successful
I can't wait for the day when Ronnie and Tom make song together. Even better would be a whole fucking album... that shit would be so fire! Half the tracks are beats and the other half with the band. I would easily pay $50+ for it. I know they have talked about doing a song together, they need to get on it. I think it would benefit both of them big time.
Great comment! You are 100% correct.
Came here to say the same. The early flows reminded me of Tom, but then he took it to a whole other place. Just insane levels of talent.
I came here to say that too lol.
@@markschoch9509 I hope Ronnie never reduces himself to meme rap like Tom
@@YungGrandson younggrandchild, discussing current events and culture in your lyrics are not meme (Ytcracker, MC Chris, MC Lars). Have you ever looked at Nerdcore? Meme rap is a parody. Look at artist Bhad Bhabie, Matt Ox, RiceGum, Yung Nugget, MC Virgins. Remember, meme rap is not always satirical or ironic, as it not only purposefully sounds off, but also has intentionally left out titles to throw people off, and other devices to be similar to something than trying to be different. Like Weird Al and the a like.
My mans went straight up HOMELANDER on that church! 😂
Fucking toasted them
I do so much agree with you ... when listening to it for the very first time i could hold back my tears when the chorus was playing the first time.
This is another level of style-combining music genres. Absolutely unbelievable and I am so happy to be alive ... to feel - hear - and watch this!
Modern day Bohemian Rhapsody. Respect.
You guys have amazing energy, matched what I felt while watching this for the first time. Love it 🔥
This song is literally everything I love about Falling In Reverse wrapped up in one beautiful absolutely mind blowing package. Ronnie raps better than he ever has and thats saying something cuz I've been saying Ronnie can spit since I first heard Champion and Rolling Stone. Its got the big powerful chorus sounding section that just turned out to be a flawless build up to that beastly breakdown and heavy ending. This song easily surpassed Popular Monster as my pick for greatest song Ronnie ever made
BY FAR the best reaction to the metal part. Y’all were both confused and amazed.
He and Luke did an interview about this song with Octane, and he named Drake as an influence.
They are their own genre now. I'm gonna stick with "Radcore" and I'm all here for it. This shit is fire 🔥🔥
Radcore. I can dig it
Ooh yeah that's awesome .. Radcore! 🔥 I couldn't think of a label so I could explain it to friends so I called it hip-punk rock-pera
This is why I went to see falling in reverse live every time they came to my state. Ronnie can rap, sing, growl, scream, and has stage presence and charisma to top it off.
Watched Ronnie streaming on Twitch and he said " Good luck copying this one." Man....🔥🔥🔥🔥
Yup that's the video I saw on CZcams. He was absolutely right lol
That’s the most animated Mo has ever been for any song ever.
I'm glad you mentioned tech bc the first time i heard this the rapping immediately reminded me of Eminem and tech
HOLY SHIT! when they start the rock shit! this is phenomenal bro i haven’t been this excited to listen to a new catalogue in years like this
This Guy can do it ALL!, Rap, R&B, POP Rock, then SOME HEAVY METAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think Ronnie is just a genius.
Thank you for that reaction
🔥❤️
Tbh girl, I did cry!! I absolutely love ronnie, I get so emotional over his work❤
FANTASTIC REVIEW!!! Couldn’t have covered it any better than that, you guys hit the nail on the head with this!🤘🏼🔥🌏🔥
I am not exaggerating to say that this will be one of the most important songs of all time.
The world needed this.
He pulled those emotions out of each and everyone of us and showed it back to us in ways in we can't begin to understand yet.. he is a musical Leonardo DaVinci. He is the representation of the shadow that exist in so many of us today. Look up Carl Jung's the collective unconscious and the collective shadow. He is the artistic release of our collective shadow. There is a poem about Icarus falling, and watching the world burn from the middle of the flames and everything was gold. That is what this song reminds me of.
INSANE! His talent is out of this world! Meaux is so perfectly putting out what I was feeling... Shaking. Have like butterflies, but not scared just like I'm a spring ready to snap free!
Man, I fw yall. The best reaction I've seen. You both are clearly intelligent and talented. You're seein the deeper levels of shit this. I appreciate that! On another note, I hope Ronnie sees this haha.
Sebastian was the lead singer for skid row. He had One of the best vocals in hairbands back in the early nineties.
I really liked the song, the lyrics, the depth behind it, the flow and everything, but man... Everything that comes after the "Watch the world burn!" line is just incredible. Not the best breakdown technically speaking maybe but it hits so fucking hard.
Yeah I'm a bit of a metal head too. I like everything before that but after that watch the world burn part, I'm jumping out of my seat screaming for more!
Y’all are FR! Best reaction yet! Keep it up🔥
🙏🏾
Meaux's reaction is exactly what this song did to me the first time i heard it. Absolutely ridiculous 🤯
This song is absolutely amazing and gives you great imagery and something everyone can relate. Also that part where he was floating in the air with everything floating around literally reminds of when Em did rap god with the supersonic verse just mad nostalgia man💯💯
New Subscriber here.💯 This song is a masterpiece and shows him and falling in reverse are a top tier band. The transition into multiple genres is god tier. He did a interview recently where he said he wanted to do something no one has done and he blew it out the water. Their videos are mini movies and could be compared to marvel movies. I’ve seen them live and they’re amazing. He raps better then 95% of rappers out there. He said he listened to rap growing up and looked up to the OG rappers. Crazy shit lol I can’t wait for Ronnie to do his twitch sessions where we watches all the reaction videos.
Hi how are you doing ?
This song gives me chills everytime I hear it.
“He’s fucking too talented” 😂I’m crying
I appreciate that you guys are “real people “ Y’all rock!!
Thank you!🙏🏾
man has NO hook... nothing repeated and it was Fantastic the whole time! some songs you are waiting for the hook because its the part you like the most... this whole song was the hook
Most actual metal doesn't have hooks which is what my music tastes are so I appreciated that about this song. The breakdown was also appreciated.
The very first time I listened to popular monster I felt something that I've never felt when listening to a song before. And I get that same feeling every time I listen to Ronnie radke sing. The way he makes you feel through the raw emotion and passion in his voice is the way music is supposed to make everybody feel what a talent!
When you go see him live you feel the song and his vibes.
The build-up from the Goblin-speed-rap into the priest-breakdown is another level of suspense and overstimulation, extra shoutout to the editing. When the priest catches fire it gave me goosebumps and I am not afraid to admit that :D
Found this song, and this artist less than 24 hours ago, so I am late to the party but I think the word everyone in all of the reaction videos I’m watching for is visceral. This is intense on the highest of levels. Watching the video can throw you for a loop if you focus on the imagery, however, find a version of this with the lyrics. He catch every single little detail you missed and you realize this is an absolute masterpiece.
Back when Tom MacDonald was touring he used his laptop all the time, nothing wrong with that, like you guys said, it’s a new age thing, especially for independent artists 👍🏻👏🏻❤
I’m so hyped with y’all. I missed the live. I’m going to go watch the whole thing now. Dope song, dope reaction!!!❤
It wasn’t live so you didn’t miss anything
@@FlawdTV oh ok. I thought I missed one because of the different outfits y’all had on. Lol
The talent just drips out of Ronnie. This hits hard! It's my fave FiR track!
Been a fan for a month..he is definatly the goat in metal/rap!!!
5:08, homegirl got overloaded with awesomeness!!!
I appreciate flawds “modern day bohemian rhapsody” reference bc that’s exactly what it is.. you are spot on! Ronnie is pure, raw talent. He’s his own genre. The man is unstoppable. He is definitely our generations goat! Our kids will look back and listen to his music when they’re in their late 20s and 30s like we look back on our parents music today, and appreciate the rawness.
Loved your reaction and the depth you two went on! Had to subscribe!!!
🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
It’s a masterpiece. The transitions, the lyrics the different styles. This might be the best thing I’ve seen. I loved y’all’s reaction because I’m obsessed this. He’s a genius
Love you two. Your reaction was so good. I also had to instantly think of Bohemian Rhapsodie. You are the first people I've heard who think that too. Awesome!
I definitely got emotional. Immediately at the same part. I love it. I've been listening on repeat catch a new thing each time
I've never seen mo this excited 😆 made this vid so much better
I keep coming back to your channel. You are a real one. Keep up the good work, both of you. Much love. God Bless.
I totally get what you mean by a modern day Bohemian Rapsady. As soon as you said it I said yes that was what I was trying to think of what it reminded me of.
YES! I was looking for you Flawd. I wanted to see YOUR personal reaction to this song!
First time being here, radomly by accident *(just clicked your video on the right yt's panel after watching different guy reacting to this song)* and even tho i dont really watch reactions videos anymore, but I defo will come back here from time to time cause you guys look like really cool ppl who understand shit and this is a real review/reacting-like video that i can enjoy and is a real that kind of video, not like those others commenting and saying only things like "yee that was cool".
Leaved sub, I rarely do that, but its worth it :D(i was supposed to work on my personal project, but had to watch the whole video cause u guys make want ppl watch till the end)
Wow this comment is amazing! Thank you so much for your feedback! We do Livestreams every Friday (we react live, but it's such a great time with everyone if you wanna come hang🙏🏾) Welcome!!
That's crazy, I've heard this for the first time today and a bunch of times after. I'm trying to tell my friends about this song and I've been calling it a modern bohemian rhapsody. Glad to know someone agrees.
Been listening to metal for a long time. Same goes for rap. This shit is a beauty
Modern bohemian rapsody is a perfect description. Not trying to take ANYTHING away from Rodney but he feels Like a more aggressive queen
Ronnie wears his heart on his sleeve, there's no bluster, no hiding in the shadows, Ronnie is approaching God like status.
Love you vibing and "processing the song" guys - Greetings right out of the Metal Community. Keep up the good work. Cheers
Hi. First time watching you guys. I absolutely love your vibe. Genuine people are hard to find in reaction videos (this coming from a reactor lol).
I really enjoyed your energy and your discussions.
One of THE best reactions I’ve seen about this song/music video…and trust me guys I’ve seen a lot, can’t believe I didn’t discover this channel sooner!
Yoooo! No you didn't, with that Bohemian Rhapsody segment! I was just thinking how Radke has a little Queen in him!
Homie woke up and didn’t choose violence. He created it.
It's like Tech N9ne with opera & rap. He's making a new blueprint with metal
This is the best reaction. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Real emotional reaction. Awesome channel!
Thank you!🙏🏾
This is easily the BEST song created in the last 15-20 years. Ronnie out did EVERYONE.
Straight up awesome video and hope it gets some awards!! Then the song is just off the charts!!
You know shit got real when preacher's on fire! But seriously, let's just wrap the 2023, this is both the best song and best video of 2023. Period.
Give their drummer some love! He’s one of the best alive today as well
A "Modern Day Bohemian Rhapsody" is probably the best description I've ever heard for this song.
"testimony of life" amen brother
He was in skid row. They didn’t have computers in the 80s but the still had sound stations and mixing boards. Falling in Reverse does a whole show.. it’s like an experience so they use their equipment. It’s the same but different
I have been hooked on this song for about a week now. I can’t get enough of it. Been jamming this and other songs of his like Zombified. Before I week ago I’ve never heard of him or the band! I’m definitely a fan now!
Finally someone say modern Bohemian Rapsody, that was my first thought too!
When you're on your 4th reaction video to this song and they're only 1/3 of the way through talking about how it's a rollercoaster and you think inside "You have no idea what's coming..."
