Harpie Channeler cannot discard Hysteric Sign as it is not a “Harpie” card. Its name is HYSTERIC SIGN
also - the “fordbidden droplet” only works if you didn’t search for Elegant Egotist since it’s EITHER/OR for HYSTERIC SIGN’S effect. You either search Elegant Egotist OR search 3 “Harpie” cards at the end of the turn

I run 1 copy of cockadoodledoo mean to serve as a lv3 tuner you can make into a Baronne syncing it with the new Harpie Dragon without using your normal summon. if you do not get to have it in your starting hand, you can later dump it with the new dragon;s effect so you don't hard draw it.
