Auto shop contracts are great missions. You can invite randoms to increase the payout and if they quit or die - they don't fail the mission. Just don't grind the heck out of Union Depository - it's boring af.
It’s also worth pointing out that as you pointed out, the terobyte is required for upgrading the oppressor, you need the night club to store it, I have made 2.5 times more money with the nightclub, over the bunker as an example in half the time.
Nightclub hands down is the all time king of money making in GTA5 imo. Bunker does alright I'd say bunker then acid lab for 2 and 3 prob can which those 2 for the spot.

Oppressor is now 8 million and Cayo doesn’t take 2 hours before it’s available again. usually me and my friends do my cayo, then theirs and by the time we are done with theirs mine is ready ( 10 mins per heist plus some downtime because me mess around a little in free mode )
the sparrow takes too much time to take of and landings can be tricky some times, I think the Opressor Mk2 is way more efficient and practical with easy landing and booster jet take of which is critical for many missions where enemies spawn around you and start shooting right after you finish getting an objective and need to leave an area.
If you get the auto shop I suggest that you don't get the mechanics as they can damage the cars you have them send out, just drive them yourself in a private session. I'm a lazy gamer lol having all the MC businesses I'll just go afk in my nightclub while sleeping and come back and deliver stuff through the nightclub only and get 2 million from it when I need money plus I am pick and do not want all the cars, I want the cool looking classic cars and at this point I already have the ramp buggy, all the fun stuff as I was sick and tired of being like a delivery company. I have every place that has a safe you can actually use, and so I will go watch TV and come back to take the money out from time to time if I am saving up for something. I use the limo or SUV through the Agency to get around instead of having to drive, and then I just set my own music and let it drive as fast as it can go, so long, or I know I will be afk for a moment and will just let it wait at red lights. The ramp buggy nd the batmobile as I call it, are the best for having fun their is an other car that boosts you upward but I find I just go flying out of control and so it was not so much fun unless I want to drive up walls for a while, with the batmobile you can line the back of the car with an other and then take off and if they are close enough to a wall it will make them explode when they hit it. Nowadays I just make my own fun, I have even played golf. If this damn game did not try to make me become my own delivery company I would be dong other stuff.

The rogue is maybe faster than jets because ALL the planes in GTA are ridiculously slow compared to real life planes. Then again, so are most of the cars.....supercars that max at 120-140mph are like SO 50 years ago!

Rockstar need to offer a few more different cars with the same protection as the armored Kuruma. It's boring turning up on the Prison Break plane setup mission and everyone else is driving the same Kuruma as you.

Ive watched many videos about the best armored/bulletproof cars and I have tried many of them aswell (imani tech included). Kuruma is just the best. Only downside is that it’s too vulnerable for rockets. But still much better than all other armored/bulletproof cars.

Great video. Also sparrow doesn't count as a personal vehicle, which allows you to travel to your requested plane or chopper spawns.
