Excellent video! I also like the "mine-yours" discussion on taking the ball. I've had partners who tell me that ball was his/hers. 😊
The problem with the mine yours calling on the ball is that in many situations you will not have time to call the ball before it is past you or bouncing of one of your paddles. The speed ups come too quickly to call much of the time.

A lefty who prefers to play backhanded will have less reach towards the center when playing the odd side.
Not if they use a cross step to reach their backhand
