- 13.8 mile ride on a Carrera Crossfire e, Durrington to Goring to Ferring to High Salvington to Findon.
Filmed using an Activeon CX (FOV set to Medium, quality 1080p 30fps superfine, everything else auto).
At the start of film the camera is out of its case and hand held.
On the bike, the camera is in its waterproof case on a handelbar mount so it picks up a lot of the bike motor noise through the frame and not much else. Basically when the camera is in its case you can forget the audio.
Just a suggestion if you wanna install a matching front fender... use a couple of rubber-lined stainless steel p-clips, one for each of the fork lowers. UK has a number of sellers on eBay with precise sizing. I installed a full length Planet Bike fender that matches the rear and it's very stable.

Hi mate good video, I have the same front mud guard on my Carrera, what make is the rear one? I've done nearly 200 miles on mine and I'm loving it.
As its a rear hub, does this mean that it can just use the Battery and motor without peddling if you wanted?

Hi I've done 2300 km and apart from the occasional battery cut outs it is excellent. Anybody know how to get it up to a limit of 17mph before cut out?

Why is the motor that loud, I tested a Volt Alpine and that was completely silent ???
Because the camera is in a case mounted to the frame, just picks up more noise that way. It's not that loud in real life!.
Gonna be honest - I personally love the electric motor sound partially because it makes you feel like you're riding a spaceship LOL

To charge phone you will need to correct a USB cable with the mini USB plug at the bike end.
Ihave you got camera on handle bars, mic is picking up sound through handle bars bike don’t sound that loud as a rule.
I'll add a CZcams sound track when I get a chance, that should fix it!
