- Brice Rhodes is accused of killing three people throughout the month of May in 2016. Rhodes allegedly shot and killed Christopher Jones, 40, then later murdered two witnesses - Larry Ordway, 14, and Ordway’s brother Maurice Gordon, 16 - out of concern that they might implicate him in Jones’ murder. Rhodes had three co-defendants who all pled guilty and agreed to testify against him during his trial.

Why didn't they prepare a timeline summary in advance and use it to question the detective? This seems all over the place, not well planned. 'Months later, don't remember the date' doesn't inspire confidence. All we need are facts about this case, not reasons for delays. Not as though this trial has been sprung upon them.

I’m not saying the defendant is innocent, however you should have honest Officers handling the investigation and clearly this so called “Detective”, is anything but that! Does that go for Drs., like my own Dr. that did a L knee replacement on me, spoke to me before the surgery, marked my L knee with a big L and ended up opening up my R knee for some unknown reason but thankfully the nurses caught in and corrected it before he continued on!😲 I didn’t tell all his other patients about it tho since I did end up with a sizeable amount of his 💰in my pockets!

But to take away personal autonomy and freedom from an individual has been enshrined in law since the Magna Carta. I’m not saying he’s innocent by any means- but if law enforcement botches a case and a guilty man walks, it better than putting the individual behind bars without sufficient evidence because the state claims he’s guilty.
