Dear Sir, in an existing transformer an exchange is not possible, for a new transformer the winding design has to be revised for this. Usually (exception: Power Transformers on the technical limits, e.g. high end HVDC Transformers) OLTC design follow the transformer design.
What about ensuring the presence of O-ring for the top cover sealing?
