This video make me sold my GW-B5600 then become to a DW-9900, what a nice assymetrical design watch. I choose 9900's Frogman for a reason, I'm a right handed user and love midsize watches. Great video, thanks.
I'm so glad I got this as my one and done digi G-Shock. So much better than the overrated Rangeman, and packs better features than the squares. There is virtually no complaint about this watch, as even the oversized strap has its purpose, and can easily be swapped out if not required.
This watch is unbelievably overpriced, even for its used/second hand market value, which it could easily cost more than a brand new high end dive computers (I.e. Shearwater Teric)! Clearly, this watch is not divers, but for “frogman” who is loaded with cash.
It's not meant for diving only, it's still a wristwatch. Let me know when a dive computer can function like a proper watch, have the most accurate time possible, be charged from light and be tough as hell.
@@Caesar.AquanautThat's still a smartwatch, not a dedicated dive computer. It has solar charging, which is great, but it still doesn't compete with G-Shock's Tough Solar. Also, there is no chance in hell that Garmin can match this G-Shock on durability and overall toughness. Don't get me wrong, I think that's a solid watch, and another reason why Garmin is the best smartwatch manufacturer; miles ahead of the overrated Apple watches. However, a massive part of why Frogmans are expensive is because they have the best dive rating (200m not only 100m like Garmin), and superior build quality, thanks to the DLC stainless steel case and lugs. G-Shocks tend to last much longer than any smartwatch brand, and Casio's reliability is virtually unparalleled.
