Taemi vs FeelDog was the best match. They were both about the same skill level, and they were both very determined. The other matches were good too!

Marzio Fortunato we all know that Taemi is better than Bomi.....Just like the others said before Bomi hasn't been sparring for a long time......She debut in 2011 and she had no time for sparring, but in this show she's doing really good..And don't compare Bomi with Taemi because Taemi is way better(i mean in taekwondo) And i love Taemi too... (no hate, just my opinion) ..sorry if my english is bad

+Ch phol I'm a Taekwondo 2nd Dan and I'm Korean too and a guy I know that some use their brains and some use their anger but it's natural when you're mad you get determined to get back up and win. Anger also helps you smash the competition

+Kimberly Nguyen I agree. Because it's scored based on touches it was harder. I mean, her opponent touches and fall on her ass. It would be so easy for an MMA practitioner to then jump on top of her and make her submit after that.
I bet she would've done better partnered with a man too. She would've fought harder and they wouldn't have fallen after every single kick giving her a chance to follow it up instead of resetting constantly.
i've done competitive Taekwondo even won a local champion ship and yes Competitive taekwondo is meme as fck.
It's all about getting points, you barely get hurt from TKD it's completely different from MMA.
What the other girl was doing is one of those cheap strategies from weak players, i've seen this so many times it's a way some schools trying to get rid of potentials good players from other schools, these players normally won't make it to final and good players who lost to them are mostly those who do competitive TKD for the first time. Give Gayeon a day to get used to it and she'll beat her even with TKD's point system easily.
So proud of Bomi, despite her being out of practice she did a great job and you can see her gain her confidence throughout the bout. Also it was really adorable seeing her interact/taking care of Sihu throughout the show as well. I'm always glad to see her show off her athleticism and strength but also her kindness and caring side on shows!
It's not fair. Fabien is only 58kg and Julien is 97kg and 194cm. Fabien has skills but weight class has a huge gap. Big Julien couldnt lose against Fabien.
SoHee Yoo I was late for three years but have you seen the match before this? The smaller could beat Julien!

Aside from it not being allowed, that pushing takes a lot out of Fabien, it's a huge stamina penalty every time it happens.
yeah but its not a real competition, and im sure when they put the men vs the women the weight class wasnt the same as well, just same height. also, no matter to whom, julien is the only really tall guy
Rainbows I’m late but it’s really unfair because of the weight look at the gap lol, that’s one of the major rules in taekwondo or etc they choose their opponent by weight cause accidents might happen

I hate how they didn't pair them by weight class, Fabien got absolutely destroyed because Julien was stronger and weighed more. If he fought a person with the same weight, girl or boy it doesn't matter in sports because both sexes chose to do it, he would definitely win. I feel sorry for him, Fabien FIGHTING!!

Combo Jerman tournament or not these are basic rules for safety and such and wether it's a game or not these rules must be followed in order to prevent dangerous incidents ... If you don't know these basics then you are for sure pretty stupid
TiggyTheFox In taekwondo, you really fight with someone by weight. That's how it goes. Thats why some people lose because they fight with someone who's taller or who has a biger physique. That's just how it goes in Taekwondo.

I guess the 2 mixed martial artists aren't used to Taekwondo so much thus losing. But Gayeon was good tho. She has the power. I wanted Bomi and Hoya to compete against each other. Both idols.

poor fabien.. Julien is newbie, but physical advantage isn't a small matter..
that's why in most martial art competition there's always divisions of classes.. no matter how skilled you're if you're a light weight class, beating a heavy weight is not an easy job..
Agreed. Everyone is thinking Fabien isn't good, but they do not realize the height and weight make a huge difference.
***** Yups, more height means more kick range.. a tall player can easily reach the opponent, in the same time it makes the opponent find more difficulty to aim your head.
and more weight (muscle mass) means more power.. a heavier player has more power in his kick.. and he has a tougher body with a better balance.. but the heavier classes have lesser speed and agility than the lower classes.
I've been practiced taekwondo when I was in highschool until my early years in college.. and I experienced how the diffence between classes since I've been playing on Bantam, Feather and Middle.

Wouldn't really call Julien a newbie, he train in muay thai if I'm not mistaken.
So he definitely is competent, but I agree on the fact that it was a weight class mismatch.
But it was all for entertaining purposes so it's all good

Jihae fell down after every. Single. Kick. Probably on purpose too, to avoid getting countered. If this was a national competition, she wouldn't have gotten any points because she fell down after every kick.

And they clearly gave her some extra points. For example when they said Gayeon grabbed her hand the kick did not touch her head and it was couted as head kick.
@@gerardohernandez344 it's an extra point because gayeon grabbed jihae's leg. In actual competition, if you're falling, it actually can give your opponent an extra point too.
i really couldn't choose which team to support because both team had people that i like and love...but New Kiz definitely did better

Taekwondo edition was too short. I understand that taekwondo is pretty dangerous, so I just hope that the upcoming soccer edition will be longer as well as safer.

i believe the soccer edition will be longer, it would be logical for them to tie it in with the upcoming world cup. but what i am most curios is where are the episode on them going to SOCHI....i believe they cool kidz went to sochi because the bet they made with the PD when they did bowling or something.
Sochi episodes are not on this channel (and they won't be here), but they did actually air. I watched them in feburary. You should search for them (140218 and 140225, I believe). I'm not sure if you can find them with eng subs, but you can definitely find the raw ones. :)

I was really impressed by Taemi! She and Feeldog were the most evenly matched in height, weight and age and they had the best battle for sure. =D Poor Fabien, Julien is like three weight classes over him - it must be touch getting past a brick wall. In all honesty I'm glad they are cutting taekwondo short - I can't wait for the soccer to start. I hope they bring in new faces and surprises =D

I'm taekwondoin and i love Taekwondo. Cool Kiz Taekwondo is great tv show. I have learnt many tricks and procedure when do gyeorugi or gyeokpa. I'm really thankful and this is very fun and interesting! i just hope cool kiz taekwondo can be more longer, but anyway love cool kiz taekwondo
