The Frosty sketch is still one of my favorites. The delivery on "he'll be back again someday" makes me lose it every time! 😂
Made me realize that without any context, it *is* actually kinda creepy how Frosty just spontaneously came into being and started playing with random children.
I adore it and end up watching randomly throughout the year.

And Summer VR is either pretty much the same weather or a complete and utter heatwave.
As a Brit I can confirm that this is unnervingly accurate. I can’t quite explain how insane the level of on-point you’ve hit is.

2:47 Fun fact. The original version of Baby It's Cold Outside had the singers reversed from what we now know, with the man wanting to leave and the woman asking the him to stay. The most popular versions that we know are the gender swapped versions.
What original version are you talking about? Frank Loesser wrote this in 1944 and it was performed with the woman leaving.
It was written as a gender neutral song, where either role could be played by anyone. However, there was no official recording of it until it was performed in Neptune's Daughter where Esther Williams played the role of the person wanting the other to stay, while Ricardo Montalbán played the role of the person planning to leave. So, in the original recording, it was "gender swapped" from what we most commonly think of.@@mrpancakeguy

Watching Ryan's Holiday Compilation is going to be a new mandatory tradition, I've decided.
The writing of 'Frosty the Snowman' is one of the best videos that Ryan George has done. I watch it throughout the year. Not just during Christmas.
These are just awesome, with so many great moments - too many to mention. You just gotta watch and love Ryan's insight into the hidden weirdness of our lives. The months arguing about December is comedy gold, for example.
Not a day goes by that Ryan's kid fails to show up in the worst of my nightmares.
Seen them all multiple times before. Time to do it again!

I really appreciated that first snow man build sketch. Where the hell are people getting coal from, I always wondered? And why would I put perfectly good clothes on the thing, which will invariably get wet, freeze, and then be ruined when the fibers consequently tear?
