Thank you John for sharing your Testimony, I’m a recovering addict and I’m just greatful to know that it’s people my age to walking this walk , temptation is always present , I surrender my lustful thoughts here right now and Life through spirit has been my only peace in this world truly peaceful when I’m sober 2022 I plan to recover and stay sober and God will send what is expected to be my companionship and I TRUST YOU LORD TO PULL ME THROUGH AS I OBEY I’ve gone with out sex with self or others and watched 2021 be a year I found true meaning in self control and discipline I founded SA Feb 9th 2021 and my sobriety date means the world to me as I come into this year I know I’ll be sober again this day I declare it ! I’ve been down bad bad lately I’ve grew up shooting dope an being in the streets an now gotta a bad heart and I’ve neglected my self I don’t what self love feel like I miss it like the feeling of new shoes an hair cut an then being with friends confident with your new Js on and just feeling good, but I have neglected myself so bad that I can’t even smile I’ve gained a little weight did my teeth the look the greatest no more and you know I see someone like him come from where he came, and being happy, and being overly confident do it all with the present God with him all the time and it makes me feel good to see it and it makes me want to get myself together, but my health won’t let me but I pray and I just keep give me a little faith because I’m in a dark place right now and I know it’s not good to get on hearing in and say the things I was saying but it’s just a thing like you know I see him doing it and it makes me want to do it and makes me want to hang on and fight and I need God I need prayers and I need to feel that feeling most of our self love and confidence and walk in with the Lord.
