Hi Ajay: Nice video of travel in Sri Lanka. As far as delayed baggage is concerned, on international flights, you may claim up to $1700. You should have proof of your claim and luggage being delivered late. Please press the airline and get some compensation. It would have been better if your parents had stowed their luggage in a locker somewhere instead of lugging it every where.
