@@csnoremac1 If you are open to the condo/townhouse lifestyle, then there are plenty of options in your budget. North West Portland including Goose Hollow, the Pearl district and Nob Hill will have a lot of options, however condos & townhouses are scattered throughout most neighborhoods in Portland so it depends on what your requirements are.
