S3 is cool, but S2 is much better for general content. I treat her S2 as Ifrit but physical. The reliance of medic due to side effect of 1st talent is hampering but the 2nd module fixed this issue partially by voiding the side effect into half of total HP instead of into 1 HP.

In IS, it strictly depends on your artifacts. I'd also start with S2 > S3, but attack speed and the "up to 60% atk until skill activation" make S3 ridiculously good, while spinach or chocopastas transform S2 into a nuclear bomb.
