I love the Radio Mystery theater ! Especially when the storyline is unpredictable. It's raining in Philadelphia, and I'm enjoying a cup of tea snuggled under fluffy covers . Who needs a tv when we have radio theater.
Today is April Fools Day! Possibly we have all been the pawn in one of those..haha. i fell asleep three times before finishing. I started i think st 9-930pm. Its been raining all night and I'm sure that helped with sleeping. I liked the story however a bit much.

Is it remotely possible that I first heard these tales in about 1975?
I was dozing on and off in the sleeper of a White Western Star hauling produce to Toronto from LA and carborundum back to LA with an independent trucker who took me on after I woke him asleep at the wheel while waiting at a scale, completely unaware he was out like a light.
My original partner was beefing with his contract and was dropping their load in Witchitaw Falls and head back to LA.
I didn't remember them until I heard the intro music, then it came back like a movie. Anyone's memory for back that far?
