You MUST keep this new format! I learn better when people talk. Mainly because I bake along with the video and it saves me from taking my eyes off what I am doing. Not a bad thing, just annoying 😉 I love so many of your recipes, including your vanilla cake and SMBS and IMBC❤️ American buttercream is way too sweet! Kids love the American style but I use Swiss and Italian as fillings for cakes, macarons and pastries. Thank you for your wonderful recipes and tutorials and now with the added bonus of your vocal explanations… all together is a winning combination!

How did you get bright colours in swiss maringue? Is it because you used oil based colours by colour mill? How much colour you have to add to get bright colour?
Hi 😊, yes that's correct. The Colour Mill colours are very concentrated and bright so you do not need to add much. Only a few drops per cup of frosting.
