1) Mam if u dont use oil, then how do u keep the hair healthy?
2) I have dry and frizzy hair, i thought of buying requill conditioner hence i also thought of buying the shampoo from requill. Is it a necessity that the shampoo and coniditioner should be from the same brand? Also will u suggest requill? Thank you in advance!

I used to oil my hair up until a few years back and now I do not, and trust me I have seen no difference in my hair texture with oiling.
I use hair masks if necessary and serums and good conditioners regularly….
No it’s not a rule that a shampoo and conditioner should be from same brand.
It’s all about what works best for you but yes sometimes when shampoo and conditioners have common or complimenting ingredients, it helps 🩷
