this is great!!! ive always loved the god of death venti theory; not in the sense that he reaps souls, but that he gently guides them to their afterlife with a calm breeze.
God of death works with venti, especially since the freedom from life is death. But he wouldn’t be like a god of killing. Just a god who guides people to the afterlife.
With Venti's Gnosis being the Queen piece; the Queen gets more powerful the more pieces are taken out of play - she gets more room to move around the board and finish off the opposing side. Well, the chessboard of Genshin has been steadily losing pieces and Venti is still technically in play; as he hasn't died or forsaken his godly form. We're still waiting for part II of Venti's story quest, and I for one really want to see what it holds when it finally does come out.
Alright so. So far we have Nahida and Raiden as Hashiras and Zhongli and Venti as Uppermoons All motive's as to why are unknown but both sides are strong the demon side being stronger obviously.

These "pets" are essentially the people with anemo visions. Xiao is a famous demon slayer who isn't part of the organization. He is one of Venti's "pets", so no demon can kill him without consequences. Venti knows he's killing demons. He does not give a fuck. He just wants to have fun, and Xiao is entertaining to him. Xiao has a love hate relationship with Venti. Venti spared him as a child, but he also turned his entire family and made them fight to the death for his entertainment (how the other yakshas died in this AU). Xiao was the only survivor. He is not a demon, but he's not fully human either. He's some unholy hybrid that can walk in the sun. Venti keeps him hidden from Muzan to protect him. It's a twisted relationship. Kazuha is also one of his "pets", but he mostly lets him roam free. All of his pets are branded with a tattoo of the anemo sigil. ANYWAY you can discard this idea if you want, but I think it would be cool!

all the archons names are demon names in the Ars Goetia, like Morax, Beelzebul/Baal, Focalors and Buer. pretty sure all remaining archons will have demon names from the Ars Goetia, not sure if genshin is implying anything but it's interesting nonetheless 🤷♀️
