So excited to see how this product is! Would love to see VFC make plum magazines for it too! Would get this in an instant (have enough GBBR GHK AKs as it is but who's counting?) Wished they made a PP-19 Vityaz in gas or maybe the PPK-20 (its successor) be made by either VFC or GHK!
for me, if TM does not announce a 74 or other 5.45 AK GBBR within 2 years then I'll get this if the reviews are good. I'm seeing some worrying reports from people who tried the GHK AK V3 and would rather steer people to either wait for this or get the TM.
I heard GHK still has QC problems, not sure how it is for the V3s. I heard LCT stopped making receivers for them, so they made their own receivers and whatnot and I guess it wasn't up to standard, so they moved onto a new receiver, but they haven't been out for long, so I'm not certain about those new GHKs. I spoke to 2 knowledgeable people in the US about the GHKs in-general, they weren't impressed, stopped stocking them in their shop I went to, and they spoke about the GHK QC problems, at least the ones after like 2019 or 2020, but I haven't seen them new GHKs yet, just videos, so dunno
@@inthendwealldie Consensus is that GHK QC dropped across the board during the pandemic, and they've not really picked it back up since.

Tm akm is supposedly good but it has almost no aftermarket support

This is the only ak74MN GBB with correct mag curve so far. It will be great for collection and display. I was always wondering why many other brands can't even make a correct copy from real steel. Especially GHK, their ak gbb exterior just copied from AEG

Not sure how triggered I am with the polymer magazine being entirely metal still... especially for the 74. Trade off for the large gas volume I guess!
Look at it this way, the polymer magazine will help insulate the gas tank. So if the magazine gets cold, the plastic will keep it cold longer.
@@BadaBingPictures True, though if you just came out of a warm(er) safe zone, it'll stay warm for longer too once on the field ;)
I hope they fix the rear, that cut is the Type 56’s angle which comes from cutting the steel sheets straight across before folding (making the rear end up angled in towards the grip). Soviet manufacture has the rear walls cut perpendicular to the edges (the upper part of the receiver) which makes it a straight 90 degrees.
I have some VFC AK74's AEG, there so lovely, so accurate with RS details, like the phosphated glossy Russian type paint on the receiver, very clone correct.
For example, the grey color rear sight, which is available on the real Russian AK74's or AKM.
Only VFC and Inokatsu on their AKM kit, have the grey color rear sight out of the box, KWA, GHK/LCT, E&L...no grey rear sight!
I can't wait to buy this AK74MN when they will release it no GHK with shitty QC issue !
The efficiency in that twitter clip seems unreal, would be crazy if it perfroms like that.

@@BadaBingPictures Haha it was super fun back in the day, but with our standards now I can’t believe how it was playable for us, it wouldn’t be possible to go back now atleast. Like with the clunky controller, low fps, lag etc. Hurts my eyes now xD
Actually it still is a very good game on pc, the teamplay/gameplay still beats bf2042 lol. And even the graphics still hold up aswell, which is kind of crazy. Dunno if the servers are still running though, last time I played was like 2018?
Can't wait to get a hold of one of these myself and throw on some real sport-1 zenitco furniture to make a gucci AK build 😏

i hope they are successfull with their 74 and branch out in other AK directions. already have a GHK 74, but want a GBB 74u aswell. would be cool if they would make an AEK or even a AN-94.

NGL, it looks nice, but personally I love AKs because of the classic versions of Counter Strike. They called it CV-47 but it looks like an AKM to me. Anyway, fixed stock, wood furniture, bakelite grip, 45 degree gas block for me please!
Seems good besides the fucking 70% travel bolt carrier. Why would they copy GHK’s design for that? I’m sure they could’ve done it without the bolt carrier with that huge extension at the back, but they did it. Why?
They need a nozzle to make it work…that’s what’s inside the extension on the carrier 😂
So it’s quite difficult to get it 100% full AK travel on an AK GBBR.

i’m not exciting about VFC, I know they made a real effort on his Gbbr platforms but… My experience you may buy his M4 but prepair for suffer .. now a days I have a 600€ M4 gbbr v2 for decoration.

It’s not out until the latter part of this year. Although no official release date exists. It’s said to be Q3 of 2024.

And offcourse it's not a proper 74M, but a normal AKS-74 with a plastic furniture. This time even the scope mount is from the older model.
Remember this is still a prototype. It may change between now and it’s release time in the latter part of 2024.
that was a clearly clone of AK-74M...in order to have the S, the stock should have been of type skeleton not polymer ;)
