This is my best friend amira I remember when she wrote this song when we were just teens , and I still play her song til this day , miss you and love you girl 💕
1996-97 i was barely legal yet managed to slip in with the elders into park royal zenith... coloseum Vauxhall, Stratford samathas and club REX aaawwwww those were the carefree days. All i can do nowadays is to reminisce over the good old skool days
That's what it was all about. The youth back then would go to that extent to hear the big boy names on the big sets at the raves. You must have definitely listened to the pirate radio stations back then. When the vibes were nice!!
love this sound track to teens and early clubbing years....glad i can say i was blessed with stuff like this...stuff today just dont cut it for me... maybe im old... enjoy people
I feel what you're saying so much. We missed so much we set up our channel to archive pirate radio recordings from the past from our most loved stations. Like London Underground FM (who had the likes of Dreem Team and Ramsey & Fen), Chicago FM, Freek FM, Pure Magic FM and whole ton of pirates from the 90s. Big up.
Big up the South London crew. Do you remember Upfront FM 99.3. We have tons of their shows. They used to hold a lot raves at Caesar's Palace and Blue Orchid!!
@@AllOuttaBubblegum123 Southend had a good scene. DNB, Garage, Grime and Dubstep!! I went to a few nights down those sides also used to reach the Circus Tavern in Purfleet.

@@haydystar remember this too. Check out Amira-desire Sam Devine. This song came out a year ago but feels like this ‘classic house song’ I remember from years ago. I’m so confused
Big up the Edmonton Crew!! Do you remember Masquerades @ The Opera House. Held by Passion FM 91.8. The vibes were nice. Lady Spirit, B Live, Sublo and all the Passion crew!!!

Such a classic. Still love it :)
still an awesome tune
Was watching the BET awards and all of a sudden this song popped into my head.
sounds slower than the versions I remember as a kid. sounds amazing though. all the elements in this rhythm are perfect.
Agreed!! This track was absolute perfection.
It’s meant to be like this, faster sounds awful
Yes it's slowed up 🐌 remix
I prefer it faster too. It is the same version just played at standard speed 0% pitch

Could speed songs up on the turntables +/-8 this is how we would mix vinyl back in the day hence why you would hear it play faster!

Reminds me of my second phase of going out.
classic..
Music at its best - #music
Remember dj ez playing this at Colosseum.... 2001
DJs used to play it fast. Happens a lot with the classic Garage songs.
It's actually clever from producers to make it this tempo, knowing that DJ's would probably pitch it up

Are you sure it wasn't off the radio we someone MCing on to it. No such version was released from what I know. Big up any way.
It could be from a DJ Luck and MC Neat garage compilation where he raps on every track.
