Anyways, im following your channel since 6 months, everything is simply superb. Btw I tried the recipe with beef mince. It was yummy. My daughter loved the sauce. I have kept the remaining sauce for my Sunday binge. I had all the ingredients except fish sauce, so I put some sugar and trust me it did have a right balance to cut the tart of tomatoes. Thanks mam.
