Im a biracial woman's with this exact hair only slightly thinner. My hair is slways breaking if i have it braided or put weave in. Ive tried 2 strand twist and notice my hair does better. But i couldnt figure out how to stop the shrinkage. Ill definitely be trying those clips snd sitting under the dryer

The cream moisturizes the hair and the gel holds the style. I do the mixture as well and my hair feels great.
What can I use to help with fizzy roots?
Use more product snd more tension when you twist the roots

Practice practice practice. My advice would be to not think about speed in the beginning. Go as slowly as you can in order to learn the technique. Once you have the technique down then think about speed. Also, be patient with yourself

no white people with straight hair cant braid hair or it will look like absolute shit.
I have 4c hair
Hair type means nothing. If your stylist has a powerful enough blow dryer like the ones used in Dominican hair salons you too can have twist that look JUST like that when they're done. Hair typing really doesn't matter when it comes to two strands and truth be told they actually look better on kinkier hair blown or stretched out IJS. I have the same texture as buddy in the video and after a week or two they get frizzy
Twisting is actually perfect for 4c hair you wouldn’t need to blow dry it and it would hold without gel.
