The Pak 40 was also used as a field gun / light artillery. There's even footage of US troops using captured ones as such out there. =)
Ganz einfach FEUER! Fire in the hole.... was soll das sein? Juckts am Hintern oder was?
That kind of warning. But I agree it sounds bizarre..
Yeah should be "fire"
That will explain you

Try a Sherman tank instead of the poor car ;-)
You gonna pay for the Sherman? If not, keep it to yourself. smh
The result would be the same....although maybe the armour on the car is a bit thicker? ;)
it would not be safe watch the movie fury they might bounce off and take out a civilan target like a quick fill gas station
@@cindarf7364 the PaK 40 will destroy a Sherman and will only bounce if your aim is ass and you shoot at an angle
No way! There are few Shermans left in the World. Plenty of old used autos however!
I love german guns😍
Me too
Don't we all
Oh. Yes!
It's funny because the Pak.40 is sometimes said to have gone straight through T-34s, killing the crew, but not damaging anything, and more Russians would just jump into the tank and continue using it.
No.
John Marketello
OH YEEES!!
Because every soviet soldiers could drive a tank and fully operate it.
@@DNS-Freakz this also happened to tanks like the Panzer IV, M4 and Cromwell. Tanks were recovered from the battlefield and found to have entry and exit holes, without anything critical having been put beyond repair or use and the vehicles were patched up and put back into action. There are accounts of the damaged tank being repaired by welding a patch over the holes and washing out the blood and bits of crewman and being reissued to the tank companies.
Silly question but is the shell packed with the same amount of powder as they would have been in WWII?
hello i have seen this canon pak40 in germany museum. How much does cost a canon like that?:)
Good shit
The shit is brutal
0:46 technically this is not completely true the Pak.40 mainly fired the Panzergranate 39/PzGr.39 which was a APCBC/APHECBC shell with Amatol (a type of explosive) explosive charge.
So not a solid metal projectile.
PS:You didn't use a high power powder load did you?
He used pzgr 40 whick is apcr
Yes, those charges are considerably less compared to wartime.
he's dead right.German AP was designed to pierce the armour and then explode inside. That didnt always work,of course, but it worked most times and the 88 fired a similar shell, which was devastating to all but the heaviest tanks.
Deutsche Qualität ;)
Brandon is who had me be a sub
I thought the thing on the thumbnail is something else..
Yeah
Damit die Freizeitrambos was zum spielen haben...
Aber sich in unserem Land lobend über deutsches Ingenieurwesen zu äußern ist ja systemfeindlich und reaktionär...
Yeah, but Supporting Israels butchering of Palestinians is kosher in Germany.
Épique
The round wich they use is not like a original one. Looks like a diy one. But it looks like to give fun.
😈
Imagine getting one of those rounds in your lap. 8(
ONLY LAST MINUTE IS A BIT INTERRESTING ... VIDEO MADE FOR TV NOT FOR REAL AND GOOD INFO
Wtf! Why you shooting at a poor car!? Aim at that f..k Sherman or useless T34 and you will be surprised what the PAK 40 will do to them!
Probably because Sherman is way more expensive to shoot at than some metal-scrap car.
And I doubt that their self-made projectile is good enough as WW2 German made AP projectile to use against Sherman or T-34.
Also, T-34(Russian medium tank) and T34(American super heavy self-propelled assault gun) is totally different beasts.
it loses against T-34 ever
Not if it hits first...and AT guns fired twice as fast as tanks because of more room for crew to move around. Also smaller target.
