तो क्या सारे जीव जंतु की आत्माओं की संख्या सीमित है। कोई बहुत बड़ी संख्या हो सकती है पर होनी सीमित ही चाहिये।
यदि कोई आत्मा जीवन के चक्र से निकल कर निर्वाण पा जाती है, तो क्या उसकी जगह नई आत्मा बनती है? अगर नहीं तो यह संख्या समय के साथ कम होती रहनी चाहिए।
