What a basic pattern...
It is not only a basic pattern , it is rather unsafe in terms of the perception of the surrounding traffic. Idk why but the new Citroëns always have that same pattern , and it must be a national level directive to not change the pattern because I personally know some people in the CNP and they also have noticed people react slower to this pattern but they still don`t change it.

I've been in this city for 3 weeks and these police officers drive very carelessly, they drive too fast into pedestrian ways and squares, I saw how they run over a grandmother in Plaza del Sol, she needed an ambulance. Another day they almost hit a biker because they were also going too fast into an intersection. There is not any emergency call which is worth it to endanger other's people life. All I can say after this is that they should stick patrolling with bicycle if they can guarantee the safety of pedestrians while on the road.

@Sergiu Iordan As I said before, the safety of pedestrians must be guaranteed before engaging into an emergency response. Imagine getting struck by a police vehicle because they were in a hurry. Nothing justifies it.
