6:14 I wash my hands every time I use the bathroom room, empty the trash, touch packages/mail, coming from outside etc. That’s why I don’t eat at other people’s houses.
Handwashing is the best way NOT to catch or spread anything. I carry travel size lotion and keep some on my nightstand, in the bathroom, etc. ‘cause, I wash my hands a lot and I put lotion on them after washing them to keep my hands from being dry that’s all. I’ll once in awhile don’t wash my hands if I just had to pee and got up out my sleep like Bondy said but, I keep hand sanitizer in the bathroom, on my nightstand, on my entry enclosed porch, in my kitchen and when I don’t use soap and water, I use a hand sanitizer. I’m killing the darn germs in one way or other, period! 🙂

As a cook "Typhoid Mary" caused a whole family's end, infected between 51 and 122. Asymptomatic, she kept cooking & spreading germs wasn't washing her hands.
Literally googled Typhoid Mary because I thought the story was just a wives tale… MY GOD. I’m literally washing my hands every chance I get. Imma just need to keep lotion on deck. Oh well.

Wow! You just took me back to when I taught sixth grade. “Typhoid Mary” was one of the stories we read. The fact that she kept going from home to home, fleeing after the families became ill or members passed was scary. Even after being told the cause, she ignored it. Smh

I witnessed a hand hygeine incident in the TJ Maxx Restroom. A lady (who happened to be White) was in the stall next to me. I know for a fact that she was taking a 💩. The sounds were telling 🤷♀️. I was out before her, washing my hands at the faucet, and when she came out, she took a look in the mirror, fluffed her hair and when on about her business. So, she did not wash her hands. For this reason, whenever I buy clothing or some kind of fabric for my house, I wash it in the laundry machine before a use it. I watched this lady use not a drop of water on her hands, and was in the women's section touching the clothes, and holding the garments up against her body to see if she was going to buy it! No Ma'am!!!

I'm a pharmacist that is the only black one & I am the ONLY one who washes my hands when I come in, leave out, take a break, etc. My colleagues are Mexican & Vietnamese....... I'm shocked daily how hygiene is NOT a priority for some folks!?!

I wash my hands all the time for everything done in the bathroom, cold water or not😂it's ingrained in my DNA at this point. Also wash hands when I get in the kitchen, multiple times when in the kitchen and when i'm leaving the kitchen. But I am struggling with the lotion thing and have been known to be ashy at points 🙈, so I can't tell nobody nothing on that🤣. I just don't like the feel of lotion on my skin it never seems to absorb and if it does, the second I get hot or sweat my skin gets slick I feel disgusting. I'm now using a aloe vera gel which isn't bad but there is still some level of ash.

Reading the comments and seeing people's behavior I can 1000 percent understand why Halle Bailey chose to keep her pregnancy private. Look at the way people are acting like they are owed updates on what happened with her body. Now imagine if she had put out the news, then she suffered a miscarriage or something then had to be in the public eye with all of that. I don't blame her because so many people seem to be projecting their own baggage and trauma onto this woman. If anybody has been pregnant before, who would want to deal with this negative energy. And the most childish mindsets seem to come from grown people who should know better. We are in a time period where there is a fight to determine control of women's bodies, whether they have the right to have abortions, and grown folks are in their feelings because someone chose not to share everything with them. A celebrity owes the public entertainment. They don't owe you anything else. As for DDG and Halle having issues, whatever they chose to work out is up to them. It happens.
