Tbh my body type is extremely similar to hers and I eat 90% junk food and potatoes and, also, have killer digestive problems I'm constantly seeing the doctor about (half of it is my horrible eating habits and the other half genetics) and I've been told I have a great body. Not everyone who has a good figure is necessarily healthy and vice versa. Just eat food that isn't complete garbage and be active whenever you can. Also, to prevent digestive troubles (like me lol) take fiber supplements if you aren't getting enough fiber in your meals.
I will be using this tutorial for my costume this weekend! :)
