- I changed my compressor wheel from a 7 blade to a 6 blade and changed my turbine wheel from a 12 blade to a 10 blade can you tell any difference between this and my last video 60/67/16 holset turbo

I really like 6.0s but I do really admire how some people mod their 12 valve cummins and make it sound like a baby big rig. I dig it

I'm finishing a 7.3 powerstroke with a fro15210c and it really has a lot of power it barely budges in the first 4 gears and I have to shift at 1100 rpm then 10th speed gets to 60 miles at 1750 rpm I wish it would give the engine more rest Thinking of putting a 3:55 Ford differential, because the lowest there is is the 3:41 GMC 2500

Sounds really good bud. Is this windows open or closed? I’m contemplating doing the t51r but my truck is my daily and I don’t want it to be too loud for my kid and stuff
Windows are down, it's not too loud to me but everyone is different
I have one on my 366 my kid falls asleep relatively quickly lol

Mr. Boggs, i have a question. Are you running a stock air filter and stock air box? OR is the air filter removed for added sound. I have peterbilt 379 with cat motor. I should be getting my housing back early next week from having the t51r mod done to it. Im wondering if i will hear much difference in sound at all running dual external air cleaners with filters
I have an aftermarket washable air filter the t51r mod is loud but when the filter gets stopped up it’s not as loud but it’s still louder than stock

What kind of turbo ya got on that thing? I love the 10 speed!
It's a hx35 machined out to a 60x86 compressor 67x76 turbine and it's got a h1c exhaust housing that is machined out to fit the 67x76 turbine the compressor and turbine wheels are from a hx40 and I had the compressor cover machined for the T51R mod so to make it more simple it's a hx40 with a h1c exhaust housing with the t51r mod

I used a viar constant duty 12 volt compressor and a 1 gallon air tank but I'm about to install a 4 gallon air tank so I can run a impact, fill my tires and hook up an air horn but the 1 gallon worked fine for the shifter only

Hey boss whats the top speed on that 10 speed? Ive got a 12 valve with a 4:10 im about to eaton swap im just trying to figure out which eaton to go with since ill be using it for my company going cross county i want something that will be smooth and keep the rpms relatively low at 85mph.
If you go with an overdrive transmission it’s close to stock if you go with a non overdrive transmission it’s 1 to 1 ratio basically like 4th gear but they make double overdrive transmissions look at charts on Eaton’s website and then you can figure out the rpm’s through gear ratio calculators mine is 354 rear end 10th gear is .70 my tires are 36 inches tall making my rpm at 80 around 2000

5k you could shop around if not in a hurry and do it cheaper but I bought a rebuilt transmission with a warranty and the rto6610 is kinda hard to find they are the smallest 10 speed Eaton makes but you could install a different transmission and save a little bit of money but it would be more modification and work
What does changing the number of blades do?
Less blades on the turbine let's the exhaust flow more and usually whistles more less blades on the compressor is supposed to flow cooler air at higher boost and it whistles louder too

TJ Boggs I’m doing mine in a single cab 91 d350 5.9 12v iv got my engine out and waiting but bell housing fly wheel and clutch are my questions also air for the trans crossmember for the trans and drive shaft are all just on the drawing board right now
@@caseymcdonald2745 sae#2 flywheel housing 14 inch sae2 flywheel 14 inch dual disk pull style clutch sae2 bellhousing rto6610 transmission sgi5 speedometer signal converter I made a bracket for the clutch slave cylinder and made linkage to work the clutch my transmission had bolts sticking out of the back of it so I made a bracket to bolt on it and installed a transmission mount I used the factory nv4500 mount and I built a new transmission crossmember I had the driveshaft cut and the right u joint welded on to bolt to the yoke mine was a 1550 ujoint I installed a viar 1 gallon air tank and a 12 volt compressor for an air supply read on cummins forums and look around on CZcams to get some ideas it wasn't that hard just a little work but there's several ways you can install it I also installed a 3 inch body lift so I wouldn't have to cut the floor and I cut the shifter down and heated and bent it to fit

Why in the hell are you using all those gears when you can do just fine with 3 or 4 man? Lol Obviously the engine doesnt have much of a load on it. I was just curious why you put that extra wear on your clutch and sh*t.
Probably because if I made a video and used 2 or 3 gears someone like you would say I call bullshit it's not a 10 speed it's a power glide automatic or some shit also the title says 10 speed so I used all 10 gears I cant stand when someone makes a video to show how something sounds and half ass does it or plays some kind of stupid music in the background
