Speaking of which, it's such an amazing game, but why doesn't it have a recruiting theme? Those were always the best themes to me, so energetic and full of hope. Well, since Awakening is all about nostalgia, let's just pretend this is its recruiting theme, okay?
And the picture is a Fire Emblem: Awakening wallpaper with a few characters added, depending on which song plays: An Awakening-styled Ephraim for Comrades, Ike and the Black Knight for With Us and an Awakening-styled Marth for Together We Ride. There's also Anna, because she's the only character to have been in ALL Fire Emblem games I know of. The "connection", so to say.

Anyone else find it interesting that Anna's in almost every game of the series now? I mean...she's EVERYWHERE. And in Awakening, she's got about 30 versions of herself. Either there's a really, REALLY large family of Anna's, or theres one really lucky guy and a very...busy version of Anna.

EpicNolegs I think it has something to do with the outrealms, considering the Annas are shown to be very clearly involved with them, making a toll gate for the outrealm portal, and going so far as to OWN some realms!
Clearly, this goes much deeper than we anticipated. What the heck is the secret? What about the magic "snapshot" tomes they created? This opens up a lot of new questions. How does one go about creating a tome? If they can create a new type of tome, they can create other new types of tomes, right? What if the Annas created all tomes and other forms of magic for profit? What the hell is the secret? Are Annas the creators of all outrealms?!? Long ago there was one universe.. Until the Annas popped them all into existance. Any possible past, present, and future is true. What the HELL is the secret!? Annas clearly have more power than we thought. But how MUCH power? How MANY Annas are there? What if one Anna fund the outrealm portal, realized she had an infinite supply of copies of herself and a portal to alternate universes, and started a business? What if Anna is tied to Naga? What if the Annas ARE Naga, given physical form? WHAT THE FUCK IS THE SECRET

For 9 years now I've been looking for covers/remixes of the FE recruitment themes... and I just keep on coming back to this one. What a classic.
I will forever remember MasterEnex's extension of this… He was the best extender of all even if he only extended specific themes and not entire OSTs.
10 years to the day, this video was released. Heard it so many times from back in the days of smash 4 and when I first learned what FE was all the way to modern times with the current, prosperous state of the series. This remix is an utter classic and I'd argue any FE fan worth their salt has heard this a number of times. Absolute banger.

You've probably figured this out already, but "Here we are, the Shepherd's garrison." serves as Awakening's recruitment theme. It's a lot more low-key than the others, so I can see how you'd miss that.
Ah, true. But it still doesn't really sound like a recruitment theme to me, especially when compared to the others of the series.

There is actually a recruitment theme in Awakening. It's just far less energetic going for a more regal heroic tone. I do prefer the energetic tone though. It hyped me up whenever I get a character even if they suck badly.

looking for Nate's version but found this, I like it pretty good remix and pretty creative.
I wish for a game in which we follow Ike after the events of RD, Seeing what lands and events he was involved in. Seeing as Priam is in Awakening, it just leaves you to imagine what and who Ike saw. Maybe he even met Ephraim or Erika at one point. IMO

I started out with Rekka no Ken so I got the idea early on that fire emblem games were all punishingly difficult & required the most strategic ability possible, which was probably good for starting out.
