Planning to do a similar project but with a totally different style boat. My main problem was to few ankerpoints for the bimini. Your video helped alot, showing how to use your existing ankerpoint, to attach a new "base" to add other ankerpoints. Thanks a lot, hoping to execute this with a finish as superb as yours. thanks for writing to me. The bimini I made it myself. For me, the cost is lower than buy it online. I saw many bimini designs and I choose that one because allow me to retract the bimini in case you have too much wind. Yes, it did work great. Need some adjustments but I think with bigger straps will be better. My setup is very simple. I am not a fisherman so I used the boat for some rides from one side to another or just staring the landscape. The briss was the most accur rate according to the money to spend. hahah. I found it on eBay. The boat rides very nice and maximum speed 35km/hr alone.. with more weight maximum 25km/hr. I bought the maximum hp recommendation for that boat. 25 hp. I heard tohatsu is good. My motor is parsun and it use the 99% of the yamaha spare parts. I built the trailer to my boat because It is a whole Odyssey to assembly and disasembly the boat. Enjoy your. My recommendation Clean very well after use.

dustin gray thanks for watching the video. I don't have the part list because this is custom for my boat sizes, but you can find all the accesories in amazon or ebay.(Marine fittings for canopy). All the remain items in a hardware store Aluminum pipe, etc.
I just ordered an intex excursion 5 & I would live to make a cover like this for it. I've never done a project like this before, could you help me with the name of the fittings you use, please be specific of name & quantity of items. Great video.

Hola veo que antes tenias un Intex Excursion 5, cual fue el motivo por que compraste este (Briss 380), aparte de que soporta motores mas grandes. el Intex Excursion 5 presento algunos inconvenientes ? , te pregunto por que estoy pensando comprarme uno. de antemano Gracias excelentes tus vídeos amigo.
hola miguel!!! no tuve problemas con el intex, de hecho fue un buen bote. lo vendi por que yo vivo cerca al mar, y este intex es mas para lagos. Aunque funciona a la maravilla en el mar como lo viste en el.video.
