People have said for years that Eminem’s voice is a percussion instrument of its own. He doesn’t follow a best, he jumps all around a beat.
Even jay-z said em does that has amazing cadence and becomes percussion inside the music thats 1 thing in my eyes that em does better than anyone and thats his cadence which the haters and downplayers leave out certain reactors are constantly mentioning the fact he pauses at certain times and exaggerates certain words to basically make a beat with his voice and also finds patterns in beats to follow that are not what most hear or would use thats also why some say he raps off beat

Not 100% about the "war with a cloud, he's yelling at it again", but I've taken it as a Simpsons referance. In an episode there is an article "old man yells at clouds", which was basically about an old man who yells about nothing.. which might be how he thinks people view him

I believe that this song is a mixture of a bunch of other song ideas, rhyme schemes, and structures he had written down in his literal “Book of Rhymes”. I think he merged them all together into this track and that’s why it has several very distinctive segments. Just my thoughts
'enjoy your stay' to me is pointing out that no one else is as permanent in the game as he is. You usually say 'enjoy your stay' to someone on holiday.
