If you are having trouble approaching and talking to women, seriously recommend starting off just talking to random people for a bit and surprise yourself. The more that you do it the more your XP bar for it levels up so to speak. Literally just do it (this is coming from a guy who was horrifically socially anxious before to the point I didn't want to leave my comfort zone at all). Obviously also take precautions depending on where it is, lol
Just go for it. Authenticity is the key. Don’t waste time thinking of a pickup line. Just relax, go say what’s up. Let the conversation flow naturally
